I’m a 67 year old grandma who has mad respect for Tom. This song was dropped in less than 24 hours and that blows my mind. In a good way. Tom absolutely nailed it. Every line speaks truth. I think I’ve listened to it at least a dozen times now and will be listening more. Great reaction too!

Reminds me of how every single person at the rally stayed calm and collected, only worried for Trump and the other people around them. They are strong, resilient, and courageous. That’s what America represents. These people and Trump are the definition of that.

Fun fact: Tom got a call from his sister Jenna telling him what happened to Trump, he didn’t see it happen. Nova was with him and immediately started tearing up and said “how could someone do that?” Tom then went directly on Twitter and saw how some people were actually upset that Trump survived! Then Tom started to pace through his home for about an hour before he made the decision to write the song. Tom produced the beat, and Evan had it mastered by midnight. Tom and Nova shot the video immediately and Nova edited it and had the video finished by 2:30 in the morning!! They went to bed and got up at 7 am to drop it by 8 am!! So, they had this done in about eight hours time!!

The building he shot from was used as a staging area for local law enforcement. Multiple videos of people outside the rally screaming at police and USSS about a guy on the roof with a rifle minutes before shots were fired. The question isn’t how he got up there without being noticed, the question is how did the shooter know he wouldn’t be noticed.
