Wow! I always like the open below sa living room, making the house more "breathable". I love the wall colors. I love the consideration of the dirty kitchen and yung daanan from front na pwede ka nang dumiretso sa likod if ever you have tumutulong groceries.. or if you happen to have guests tapos kakarating mo lang from wet market 😂 I love the idea na nasa ground floor yung master's bedroom. Perfect for oldies. 😅❤ i super love the entertainment area sa taas. Good for teens di na kelangan gumala kung san, mas space sa bahay for bonding without using the sala. Pwedeng fresh air pa! I love the idea na may isa pang terrace na maliit sa taas for a peaceful time with a good view. Char Sana may design rin na friendly sa furry member ng family. 😁 that's all! Ganda ❤❤❤

I loved the design. I would probably add, a panic room. Dream talaga namin un. If ever na magpapatayo na ako, I would consider na ipa-insulate ko ang mga walls and ceilings. Then gagamit ng stone coated steel roof na bato and use windows na pwede maka sealed ng lamig sa loob at d basta-basta makakapasok ung init galing sa labas. Lalo na ngayon na painit na ng painit ang panahon. Then my solar panel and yung may rain-water harvesting system. Isang gawaan para mas maganda ang finishing. Me plano na. Pera na lang kulang.

Very clever design it’s utilizing every ounce of space including the loft space. Only issue I have is large mirrors in bathrooms , much prefer full wall slim cabinets to hide all the bathroom clutter to maintain clean lines. How much is this design to construct it?
