seems like philippine house design mostly dont have separation for living area and family area
That's we call open concept but it's depends to the owner you can suggest to the architect if you want little privacy.

Hi Arch, just to ask if budget for a 180 sq meter lot area at 3.5M to 4M is already enough for Bungalow House in the Philippines? location is Western Visayas.
How much its cost?
May dalawang pinto ng room na magkatapat. Hindi ito maganda sa feng shui.
