Omg, all I can say is that these are AMAZING and that you need to make these!!!! They are chewy, delicious, and chocolaty. I highly recommend!!! They turned out so good! :) thanks for the recipe!!
I made this today and they are my absolute FAVORITE crinkly brownie cookies! I added crushed almonds and cashews and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder. Next time instead of adding just regular butter, I'll add unsalted butter, because it came out a tad bit too salty for my taste.
I used unsalted butter and my youngest daughter still thought they were too salty LOL. I think it must depend on the sodium content in the brownie mix. Next time I'll try a different brand and pay attention to the salt content. My husband and two older daughters annihilated them though so they were definitely a hit.
Wise husbands buy cookie scoops and other kitchen supplies every time a wife asks for them, knowing they'll benefit from anything she makes in the kitchen! lol. Birthday gifts should be uber special!
@@paigefrancis1212 definitely fudgy it depends I guess on how much chocolate chips you had. In my case I’m using the Ghirardelli triple chocolate mix also Im adding jet puffed marshmallow creme so it’s like a rocky road kind of brownie cookie
Yummmmm! I was looking for a way to make my brownie California walnut brownie mix in too cookies for my ice cream 🤣 ❤ ty new subscriber love your energy.
I couldn’t Not Like and subscribe after that. Lol . Trying these cookies tonight I hope they’re good because I’ve tried recipes and have been seriously disappointed 😔. I’ll come back and let y’all know how they come out. 😉. Ok Karlie these passed with flying colors!! We ate them three ways, regular, sprinkled some with crushed graham crackers and marshmallows, popped in the micro for 10-15 seconds for a s’mores twist and a few with peanut butter mixed in with the batter for our peanut butter lover in the family and they also turned out great! Thanks Karlie! 🥳
I tried halfing this recipe except for the egg. I had half a brownie box because I’ve been making brownie batter milkshakes for my wife. (They’re very simple and delicious!) Anyways, the brownie cookie batter was definitely too wet and made flat pancakes in the oven. Ultimately, I had to pull them out super early. Later, my son told our neighbor that we had “dripping brownies.” LOL. I then tried to microwave some leftover batter in a mug and ended up burning it so bad that it smoked up my whole house. Definitely a day to remember!
@@ei_maj There's no recipe. You just blend ice cream, milk/heavy cream, and brownie mix. The more milk/heavy cream, the thinner the milkshake... likewise, the more brownie mix, the more chocolatey! Enjoy!
Okay. You're good. These came out perfect. I only had half a stick of butter so I made up the difference with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings. I crumbled the fresh bacon bits on top instead of the chocolate chips---DIVINE.
I have a 10 ounce pouch of brownie mix. Would using half the butter & a whole egg work? Don’t know how to split the egg, unless I should use just the white, or just the yolk (??). Thanks!
I know it's been awhile since you posted this. But if you ever want to divide an egg, beat it first. Then you can measure/weigh to figure out how much you need.
Your written recipe says to add a half a cup of flour but you didn’t do that in the video. I have watched other videos with this recipe and they add a half a cup of flour also which I Think would make for a very dry cookie.
I agree! I thought I was losing my mind! I watched the video again twice. Not sure if I am going to make them because of the mix up. Another person commented that their cookies took about 30 minutes not 7 -10 minutes. Thanks for your comment!😊

Changed my life!! I made a delicious modified frosting to use as a filling and made a whoopie pie-like dessert, sort of an inside out cupcake!!

Great idea and they look scrumptious! I may sprinkle mine with powdered sugar just for looks and plus I have a sweet tooth. Thanks for this recipe.

I am making these today in my pizookie pan and taking your ice cream idea. They look so fudgy and delicious.
You don’t mention flour in the video but the webpage mentions it. So do you need the flour or not?
Thank you so much for the cookie recipe 😮😂😊 been wondering if it was possible. I'm new to the internet and not use to just asking for ANYTHING!!!

can this work with any type of brownie mix?
Ya it doesn’t matter
You are adorable and I liked and subscribed 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you Susie, I really appreciate it.
Why didn't you mix the egg and butter separately
Ehat can we use insteand of eggs

good job!

Why don't you only mix the butter and egg separate before adding the brownie mix
Can I mix this batter with a spoon instead?
Yes you can!
What a great idea! Thanks for sharing!😊
These are really good but mine needed double the time in the oven
Umm, 8 min is not nearly enough time. I followed your directions but it took more like 30 min.
Can you substitute oil for the butter?
You can try, let me know if it works. I haven't tried this one with oil instead of butter.
i dont think they will come out right
They didn't, you have to use butter.

Haha funny lady
I made them and then I followed the 8 minutes and they are very very under done
10-15 min
10-15
Same here lol
Exactly the same problem I had, brownie mix is not the same as cookie dough
That cookie sheet looks gross🤮
