My family and I are so grateful that I get to do this.
You are the Bob Ross of RUclips crafting and animation. Keep doing what you do!
Bob Ross at least had a prettier voice
@@diamonddogie That's not nice. He's trying his best, and most of us can understand him well.
Delightful and relatable outtakes at the end! LOVE that you're equipped with that Winder, this work has been looking so excellent! You've grown so instantly into this role, It's like you've been animating for decades. Can't wait to see more!
wtfrick
whoa its you
Crafsman, yours are the only videos that I listen to with headphones.
It doesn't even matter what the subject matter is, the quality of your voice and sound makes it a rich and rewarding experience!
Thank You!
I always feel better after watching steadyCraftin. When I'm down, steadyCraftin makes me okay. When I'm doing good, steadyCraftin makes me smile.
Nice!
Tip: You can draw those division scales on elastic bands and stretch them to get quick 'eased' motion of any length.
i'm not an animator, but i'm curious what you mean if you don't mind explaining a little bit
@@thatssoweirdhonest at around 7:08 TheCrafsMan is drawing graduations on a rule so that he can direct a pointer on the rig to control the speed and acceleration. Typically, 'easing' the movement might involve gradually expanding the space between the marks and then bunching them up again to reverse the effect. Instead of creating the marks from scratch for each movement, marks on an elastic band can be stretched between different points to suit a particular move. (You will still need to create different scales to match the overall number of frames but this should cut out a lot of repetition.)
@@Martin-bx1et ahh thanks for the detailed response :)
This is the first time I've heard of that trick, and it's SLICK! Thank you so much!
I love this man's voice, accent, and cadence. Just as Unique as his content.
Awesome video! Can’t wait to see the rest of the animation things you’ve been working on.
But you HAVE to wait, because this is the way time works. Unless you've invented a time machine...Have you invented a time machine? And you are holding it back from the rest of us?
rude
Seriously, though, can I borrow it? No, not for anything nefarious, why would you think that?
Third time a fancy, aquarium fish has accused me of nefarious activity...
We love you too Crafsman!
Loved the mini-animations you sprinkled throughout the video. Production value is top-notch. It’s been fun to watch your channel evolve over the years. Great work, sir.
CrafsMan, I love to see that your RUclips channel/Patreon has opened up the opportunity for you to do what you love, stop-motion and animation, on a daily basis! Love following your journey.
Right?! I remember one of his first videos I saw of him like 3/4 years ago was him making figures, casting and molding them to make multiples and I just saw his channel pop up after so long and he’s animating now?!
The Craftsman is as iconic as Bob Ross. Much respect from one creator to another.
Im so glad im getting Steady Craftin recommended to me again, im watching all of the videos I missed out on crafsman
Just found this channel. I like the ways of making figures and animation, but that way of speaking makes me in awe. English is not even my language, I’m Danish lives in Norway. I love your videos crafsman, your videos makes me relaxxx.
Love seeing you've uploaded Crafsman!
Ill never get over how cozy your shop and workspace is.
Man… this just pushes me even harder to learn Blender. Free robot arm thingie and materials and lights and everything!
The dollar store connector... That's a BRILLIANT solution right there! XOXO
My favorite craft yotuber: YOU!
You sir, have a voice made for Jazz! - Smooth as butter 😄
I can’t wait to see the craft man movie over and hour of stop motion
I would really enjoy watching a G.I. Joe Adventure Team figure animated with your process of dancing and doing something cool that only the Craftsman can do..!!
Hasbro should hire and fund Crafsman to produce a stop-motion movie. I'd definitely watch and enjoy it.
Crafsman, I just want you to know, I am constantly impressed by your creativity and problem solving. I really appreciate you, and your projects. Thank you for being you, Crafsman.
I've always been fascinated with animation in general, so seeing this was really cool.
One of the things I like about your channel is the variety of topics you cover. It's clear that, like me, you have a lot of interests that you like exploring.
I could listen to you talk for DAYS. You sound just like a guy I went to high school with named Calvin Hughes. I went to high school in SW Arkansas. Calvin was a very talented football player, a fan of Michael Jackson's early solo albums & he was very soft-spoken 😏
Looking forward to the next installment
That was one of the best im 'outta heres' at the end ive ever seen
Thank you for showing us your studio at 8:00
Crafsman your videos make me very happy!!!!!
Don't get me wrong, but your voice is so soothing. I feel at peace watching your videos :)
amazing: first result for "stop motion animation rig review" and I was not disappointed.
Great tool, Crafsman. Congratulations.
I don't know anything about animation but I feel like I want to learn all about it because of you, CM!
Ah those are so cool! I've always made them out of spare parts or legos lol.
*do not use lego for those interested, it breaks constantly haha*
Well, Lego + cement, right? :D
Maybe Bionicle pieces would work better
I love I mean I love stop motion! It’s like magic! And your the wizard!
ayy so glad to see a new video, always brightens my week!
Thank you for another gorgeous and relaxing video.
Edu is a real gent, one of these days I'll acquire one his awesome rigs
That looks like an IDEAL tool
I am thoroughly enjoying watching you get more and more into animating, it's so fascinating to hear about and I think that someone who's still actively passionate and curious and learning more every day about something makes the best teacher. It also makes me so happy when I see people helping you out too because you totally deserve it! It's always appreciated that when a piece of kit is likely to be out of people's budget that you give suggestions on how to come up with DIY solutions.
This was so delightful to watch
That's crafs-tastic! 🙌🏻
Your quality blows my mind!
This rocks, Crafman rocks, why did RUclips wait to recommend you to me til now. Could have answered a lot of important questions a long time ago hahaha
Thank you for giving my channel a chance! I hope the videos are informative or otherwise useful to you! :D
CrafsMan is teaching practical skills and encouraging Imagination as well as sharing other content creators. I'm calling it, he's on par with Mr. Rogers Wholsome Heroes squad.
I love seeing the behind the scenes of how things like this are done. And a new video from you is always a blessing.
I love your videos! They are amazing! I don’t care what you make a video about I’m watching it! Best channel on RUclips!
That's a neat tool, thanks for sharing CrafsMan
Brilliant and inspirational, my most humble thanks
I LOVE the style of movement you are achieving! You've able to translate some very distinctive movement styles from 2d animation to stop motion, and it's fantastic!
In my brother's college animation class, the teacher taught them to use those sets of adjustable helping hands to animate at home because they're cheaper than winders. (Like, the ones you use for soldering projects) Just gotta get you one that makes very positive clicky movements.
Alright! Love the precision on it. Looks like just the right tool for this stuff.
Crafsman, you are the best!
I have been following this channel for a while and always liked the content. But after this video. I'm like, yes yes yes yesyesyesyesyesyeysyeysyeyes!
I miss the weekly videos so just seeing a Crafsman notification anytime brings me joy.
stop motion is really an amazing form of animation! its a lot of work, but the distinct look of stop motion is just so mesmerizing i think its 200% worth the effort
Crafsman! YOU ARE THE BEST! Can't wait to see what kinda stuff you make with this new tool!
YOU are on another level my guy! 🙌
Very cool tool for the animations craftsman
I love this guy.
Tips and tricks. My respects!
Crafsman should have a million subs
yay new Crafsman!!
4:00 "We cant stop here, This is B.A.T. country!" --Duke
What a nifty little machine! This was new to me. I’m trying to calm my anxiety here. Thank you for your soothing voice again.
Your the most creative inspiring person on this platform hope your journey on RUclips is awsome and that you keep making videos I love them thanks for making my days good 😊
I appreciate this video so much, you just solved a mystery I've been wondering about!!!
It makes me really happy to read this! :D Thank you for watching!
LOL I love the bouncing faces! Everything you do is overflowing in charm and character!
I’m looking forward to your future animation videos! I’m somewhat of an animator myself, so it’s always cool watching other people’s methods!
Great video as always, TheCraftsMan. I think it would be nice if they powder coated the Winder in green-screen color, that way it could be eliminated more easily while creating the background, instead of having to clip it out of each frame. Depending on the length of your video, clipping it out of each frame could take way more time than anything else in the process.
Thank you so much Mr.crafts man each video you make bring me some much joy . You are such a inspiration. I hope I can do all the things you can do one day
The walking animation is so pleasing :)
Best review of a rigging device, I’ve come across. I really need to get one of these. Lack of a great rigging device is frustrating to me. I’m definitely SUBSCRIBING!
Love, love, loving the the new animation avenue of the channel!!
noice! I will probably ask for it for Christmas. im trying to start stop motion and it seems like a really good tool to have.
I'm legitimately excited to see just how far you'll go, CrafsMan.
Man, this is so cool! I love the way you animate all these figures. They just have that certain hand made feel.
Wow that was really cool to see.
Crafsman, I do not make stop motion or own a Winder, but I know a product I think would come in handy for that.
A "Fat Wrench Torque Screw Driver". It is a screw driver that lets you set the torque in inch pounds like a torque wrench. It is actually used for gun smithing usually but, You could set it so you always use the same tightness on the screws if you want
I am probably subscribed to more than 300 channels and yours is up there. I love this channel so much man. The editing, the production quality, your unique voice, the puns and most importantly the art
Keep on crafting steadily crafsman
I'm so excited to see what you have in store with animation!! Always steady craftin'
Always impressed at the things you do.
It is great seeing the info on stop motion animation, you have been getting in to, crafsman! awesome work and awesome info!!!
I've got a couple of winders in my workshop. I open 'em up when it gets too hot inside, or I'm doing something with fumes or such.
Look at this mess, gettin lightsabers from Fred's with coupons, endin' up with a free winder. Crafsman you blessed. I'm hoping we get the GI Joe / LEGO crossover the world deserves. ;-)
Great video, CrafsMan! I’m so happy for you that you’re able to put time into your passion for animation! Keep on steady craftin’ animatin’. ❤️
0:30 Me: “It’s a Discombogulator 5000!”
All jokes aside, I just got into animation industry and can’t wait to get into stop motion. And I can’t wait to see what magic you’ll create with this, Crafsman 😊
Man, your animations are so CLEAN!!! That was great. As usual, I am humbled by the sheer depth of your knowledge. Ya, killin' it bruh!!!!! : )
Crafman, that's a pretty neat little device. Glad you finally got you one. I know you'll make the most of it. Loving what you are doing. Very cool. Keep steady craftin buddy
Sweet!!
Love it!
I absotutely love your voice
You inspire me crafsman sir
I love the inclusion of bloopers
Love this channel. Much Love
I wondered how you made the Winder disappear! Loving your animation!!
Excellent video
Wonderful content as usual! I loved learning about winders. I appreciate all the work you did (animating four examples!). Thank you Crafsman!
