Oh, what a beauty. I could see it being a B&B or a desination wedding venue. That screened in porch is divine.
Beautiful place!
Wow. Great blend of modern style and old classic architecture. Really lovely property
Such a beautiful home!
Beautiful
Beautiful, my dream home
I would love to own a property like that. It is beautiful. However, my first thought was, "How do I get to the garage in the winter snow that I am sure is very high?" To me, land is worth its weight in gold. To own it is a dream I seriously doubt I will achieve, but still hope for it. :)
Weird arrangement for the chairs on the lawn.
That's a gorgeous property, but I guess I don't really know real estate in Vermont, because for a house THAT old, that's a pretty hefty price tag. I GET the sixteen acres and all, but I think it's a bit much for what it is. Again, maybe I'm wrong and it's the "going rate" in that area. It is stunningly beautiful for a very old home though.
Craftsbury is a very desirable town and this property has a fabulous location! Thank you for watching the video!
Craftsbury is a bunch of rednecks, farmers and hippies, no new Yorker is gonna change it
I'm in Southern California. Here, the same property would be the asking price X3!
wow si je pouvais je reproduirais la même chose en suisse je ne peux pas aller vivre aux USA mais si je pouvais je referais une maison comme celle la en suisse
It is a lovely home!
Delightful property however I feel that it’s overpriced and the potential for the land 9:46 has not been explored to the full. It’s exactly what I’m looking for but it’s virtually double the prices I’m seeing for similar sized properties.
It is a stunning home in a very desirable location. We understand value is in the eye of the beholder!
Chances are someone from NY or mass bought it for around 150-300k and renovated it now thinking its worth millions. Better off buying land nearby and custom building for far cheaper
That home is really the equivalent of 2 houses turned into one huge one -so that price is partly becuse of the sheer size of the place. It is pretty gorgeous in every way, but still a high price IMO. A lot of course depends on where that place actually is, because you know 'desirability' for the location is a big consideration !
What a clueless realtor. It’s a circular drive. It’s a storage area for lawn care. It’s a service entrance, which most repairmen love. What a mess
