@@xenoturegaming198 Sorry for the late response, If you want to attach it to another object, just parent it to the object. You can also make the object follow the trail and be ahead of the flame so the flame is following it.
If you want to export this and have Color information, you’ll need to bake the texture. I would recommend just recreating the simple gradient in the software you’re exporting it into though. If it’s a game engine remember to lower the poly count to prevent lag.
YOU TRY TO RUN THAT FLAME ON A MULTIPLAYER GAME AND WATCH THAT SERVER CRASH...IMAGINE 50 DUDES FLYING AROUND WITH THOSE FLAMES.... THE SERVER WOULD JUST DIE
i love how you used a model instead of particles systems, simulations or volumes, this is such a big time saver!
this does not even have enough views for how creative this is, holy shnitzel this is amazing!!
Have you ever woken up, and wanted to make a jet engine afterburner trail in Blender? Lmao. Nice tutorial; quick, but still detailed and clear.

Once I add the Vertex group it flattens it.

If you want to run this in a game, you’ll need to lower the poly count. I never said this flame is game ready.
@@throwgon3390 my apologies, i came accross very rude on that comment. I now know better (very new to the blender community)
