Well if you don't know where you're going then that's good right but you know like if you're too scared to go in the colder I mean coaster then you could just close your eyes I mean if you're scared of heights then then you can just close your eyes and enjoy the ride and then it's over

This was one of the best experiences of my life. One way to make it better is to go on the water rapids ride before this. Being wet on this ride makes it more intense.

I actually thought they’d have the whole tower lit up like they do for Top Thrill Dragster but nope, pitch black. Makes it kind of scarier in my opinion.
I've had my first ride on Kingda Ka last Saturday. Front row. At night. The most intense experience I've ever had on a coaster.

I just rode this at night in the misty rain. I literally got off the death drop a few minutes before. 2 crazy rides in 5mins

That couldn’t have been all in 5 minutes; considering mild lines, and that long ass walk to Zumanjoro ( Death Drop ).
I’ve been on this ride just once. I was terrified but it was so much fun. Every year I go to back to six flags and I get on line and get off… I just can’t manage to get on again. I want to but I feel like if I do I am going die… I always get on these roller coasters thinking I am going to fall off and die lol. So scary but fun at the same time.

I’m not scared of the height, I’m scared of the launch. But, once u get used to the speed it’s not as bad I feel. Is it worth it?? And what rides should I do to build up to it.

Definitely worth it to do! Just hit all the other ones first and make this the last of the day. Skull Mountain is best to do first cause it’s little. Nitro and El Toro leading up to Kingda Ka!

I live in New Jersey and I went to six flags great adventure got on every ride there but kingda ka because of how frightening it looks even more at night because u can’t see where you are going but all u feel is getting launched into the air n coming back down in darkness😭😂😂.

I think what makes it good is dark.. I mean.. dark makes riders feel movements faster than they actually are.. So if you ask me, even if the ride had lights, I'd prefer lights to be turned off on each cycle for better ride experience if it would be up to me..
