Bacne is the WORST. Wish I could visit L.A. just to get this treatment because all of the topical stuff I has been prescribed over the years haven't helped.
if you're sure your acne isn't caused by hormonal imbalance, (and i'm sorry if you've tried this already) your shampoo/conditioner might be the culprit! making sure that you wash your back after you've rinsed out all the product from your hair in the shower might make a huge difference. i used to get really bad acne on my back and shoulders, now that i have shorter hair and changed up my shower routine it's almost completely gone. (despite having pcos, which sadly often causes hormonal acne). if your problem is hormonal however, i'd see an obgyn to figure out a way to prevent acne rather than topically treating it, like going on the pill, etc. best of luck to you
I had horrible bacne but it got better when I treated my iron deficiency. Lower iron means less oxygen in blood, and oxygen kills bacteria. It really depends on what type of bacne you're getting though.

Samantha Aviles umm the pin needles some hurt depends on where they are but it’s mostly just a pinch. And the cupping can hurt but not that badly. It’s worth it to feel better :)

I've been having a really bad break out all over my face and I've just been washing my face with honey and applying a honey-egg white mask 2 times a day. I used to just wash my face every day with an exfoliating face wash, but honey works way better than it ever did. It's been about 3 days and face has mostly cleared up and all my whiteheads are gone. Honey is a godsend.
This show and get jacked are my two favorite shows. And I also loved one that you made where you'd go out to the streets and ask people what they think were singers saying in the Song, like the lyrics and then you explained what really mean
