I finally started seeing a chiropractor after like 11+ years of upper and lower back pain lol, I feel so much better! I was nervous to go and think that's why I put it off for so long, but now I love it. If you're feeling nervous, don't, it's fine and worth it! ❤️

First of all, having a cute little dog there for comfort seems like the hugest pro to having this done. Second, I'm not sure why, but one time when he adjusted Jackie's back I dry heaved just a little. CRUNCH. Wicked!

I used to go to physical therapy for 2 months because of my scoliosis and it did help, when they used the nerve stimulator I wanted one for my house. I once went to the chiropractor and he cracked me so good that my dad thought the chiropractor broke me or something. Being cracked feels so good to me, it releases the tensions in my back muscles and makes it worth it.
I also had a car accident in 2018 that wrecked my nervous system. A chiropractor and masseuses made it worse, but the osteopath helped me so much that I was able to start feeling human again.
I much prefer osteopath also! She also did dry needling which was interesting

I really appreciate you guys doing this. I’ve been so nervous to schedule an appt because I feel like I’m frail and don’t want a mishap. While I’m still nervous, knowing what’s kinda the process helps so much
They will have people who feel like that all the time.
I've found osteopath to be better for me she also does dry needling and deep massage

I starting going to the chiropractor right before Thanksgiving because I was rear ended. They took x-rays and I learned that there was some misalignment from the accident, but that I’ve also had a misalignment in my spine for 5-10 years and my hips are misaligned, so my right one is a little bit lower. Going to the chiropractor has helped me and I will keep going from now on!

HOLY SHIT, me and Sinead got into the SAME exact accident. Same deal happened mama. And my son was in the car. Wow, it’s horrible but it’s nice to have someone that experienced the same things as you. Me and sinead prob got lots of things to talk about.

Problem with that is if you drink alcohol that day, it will only cause inflammation, so you are supposed to wait 24 hours.

No no. No wine! Stay away from it for atleast 24 hours if not longer. It just makes the inflammation come back and starts to ruin all the hard work they did to reduce all that

I need this 😭 i have bad migraines often and i also have the hump and lot of pain in my upper back and neck if im sitting or standing for more than 2hrs. Like my posture is so bad for a 23 year old 😭. I also have just always had a weird pain behind my right hip in my low back.

Omg I need this so bad but I can't afford it. I'm 30 and I last went when I was 12 and in track. Getting adjusted helped my neck, hip, foot, and back pain! My migraines had gone away too. Definitely miss it, daily!!!!!

A lot of medical insurance covers some chiropractic treatment. You should check yours
With the amount of things he’s done, you should at least try one session. I think it’s extremely worth it
Just a basic adjustment where I go is $35, no machines just adjustments. I think they have other things, but I only go for an occasional adjustment when something feels off.
I definitely need to go back to mine it’s been months.

I love the chiropractor! I see mine once a week right now because I'm pregnant.
I think one should go to a massage therapist an hour before a chiro appointment.
All the gadgets seem a bit overkill on the muscle and like time wasters to fill the time in the appointment and justify the price.
Can you tell I used to work as a Massage Therapist?
I used to see this kind of thing in Massage Therapy where therapists used gizmos so they wouldn't have to do the work manually.
I get it for longevity in a highly physical profession, but nothing beats well-trained human hands and a person that can feel out what your body needs.
