The gold can’t do jack shit, they call it a nobal metal for a reason. Witch is that it rarely cemicly reacts with anything so how could it really effect your face beyond puting a none reactive mattail on your face.
The reason why you can’t see them is also because the gold has no health properties and it has no Deageing affects in fact it can give you skin poisoning which can kill you
