      @@parabellum1643 I dont think there will be any negotiations unless donald trump is elected in november, and that is not looking likely at moment. also with us elections coming, i dont think there will be any changes in policy until then. but if harris wins like its looking right now, the good news is jake sullivan will be out, so there is a chance for a change i policy with a harris administration.
      the americans and european politicians and military are not stupid. they know if putin is rewarded in ukraine, then it just means a bigger war likely on european soil in 8-10 years.
      after the us elections i believe they will tighten sanctions even more. there is already talks of blockading the baltic sea to russian oil tankers going to st petersburg. that wil cut off the rest of russian oil revenue.
      the glimmer of hope is the russian economy is starting to crack with inflation rising, and they cant fix that unless they cut the biggest expense which is the war. what it tells us is sanctions did work in forcing putin to use up his reserve fund where he has to now print roubles to finance his war, which is driving up inflation in russia.
      also the russian war economy doesnt help russia as putin is printing roubles to make a 3 million dollar tank or 1 million artillery shells that gets destroyed in ukraine and doesnt bring back any tax dollars to russian economy. it only raises inflation in russia. so the russian economy is on a death spiral.

      @@parabellum1643 the good sign is putin and lavrov asking for negotiations. you dont do that if you think you are gonna win. it says the russian economy is in worse shape than anyone realizes. and i dont think ukraine will agree to a false peace that gives territory to russia. i believe they will continue fighting knowing the russian economy is headed off a cliff. so i believe the ukrainian victory will be tied to a russian economic callapse where they cant afford to finance the war. just like the ussr had to withdraw from afghanistan in 1989 because they were bankrupt, and because of hyperinflation, the ussr ceased to exist in 1992.
      why is this, because the russian reserve fund is used up, and putin is printing roubles to finance his war now. and inflation is spiking in russia. food prices went up in russia 40 percent in september. the only way they can fix this inflation problem in russia is cutting the biggest expense and that is the war. and putin wont do that, so he likely take the russian economy off the cliff. why will putin do this? because his biological survival of himself and his family is tied to a victory in ukraine that the russian economy cannot afford.

Let's talk about Putin's totalitarian dictatorship today, and the kleptocratic chapter of the Muscovy empire trying to expand the empire using raw military brutality. Today. In Ukraine. The problem with saying behaviors are bad when others did them automatically means you are saying they are bad when the Kremlin does them. Except the kremlin is more brutal, more barbaric, with absolutely no positive vision to offer the world. You notice troll farmworkers never talk about how great the lives of its serfs are. This girl took one side politically. There's another one in Ukraine which you don't hear about because expressing such views publicly is dangerous at the moment. There's a significant portion of population that doesn't give a damn whether it's Russia or Ukraine governing over them, because there's really not that much difference (I am a UA citizen that lived in both countries). These are the ones that didn't flee from the occupied areas. Some portion of them is pro-Russian, an opposite political camp. So if you ask all these frontline people whether they would prefer to be de-occupied with 90% chance of their house being destroyed or stay under Russia you'd get a definite answer they would prefer peace. The war mongers in Ukraine are becoming a minority fast.

    I am American. I have been watching the situation with Ukraine since 2008, following Russia's invasion of Georgia. I noticed the disinformation Russia was employing to create divisions between Ukrainians, at the time in the east and especially Crimea. To me, that was foretelling enough then. However, most people outside of Ukraine are not aware of the history or tendencies of Russia. So for them, the standard solutions of a ceasefire and negotiations seems reasonable by default. In the case of Ukraine, we need to raise awareness of the ongoing killings of Ukrainians under occupation and that the only ceasefire Putin offered was where Russia takes large portions of Ukraine and Ukraine renders itself defenseless against Russia's next attack. The history of this behavior of Russia needs also be reminded in Transnistria, Georgia, the poisonings of Ukrainian politicians, 2014, and 2022. Thank for this video because it helps.

When they didn't show up Georgia got more than Saakasvili had bargained for. Did Russia invade, occupy and annex Georgia even when they could have? No, bc that was never the intention. Somehow the Western media loves to say it was all about Russian aggression which simply isn't true.
      That's what NATO does; incites these former Soviet countries to avenge the Communist past that they attribute to the modern day Russian Federation and then abandon them when they're no longer useful in the US long term policy.

    Post something every week or two. The RUclips algorythm will pick up your videos more often....

    • @wendydelisse9778
      @wendydelisse9778 8 дней назад +3

      True, within limits of course, about posting more often helping to get more favorable treatment from the RUclips algorithm. They say that reaching 100 hours of content per month can really help, and as one gets closer to the 100 hour mark, the treatment from the algorithm tends to improve.
      There appears to be some type of upper limit though that almost no one ever reaches, as far as how many hours of RUclips content one can post in a month and still get favorable algorithm treatment. Just as a guess, the upper limit seems to be about 300 hours per month. That's about 70 hours per week of content.
      They say that a certain RUclips contract gamer girl, who otherwise might get into algorithm trouble for too many monthly hours of content, about 2 or 3 times a week goes 24 or more consecutive hours without posting any content. Professional gamer girls who broadcast on RUclips seem to know all the RUclips tricks, since more livestream gaming content means more money of course.
      People kind of need two days a week off anyway, so for most people, the upper hours limit on getting good algorithm treatment is not a limiting factor. If ever the upper hours limit does become a problem, just going 48 or more consecutive hours with no content seems to solve the problem for the next 3 days or so. 48 consecutive hours counts as two days off. Alternatively, if ever you would otherwise have algorithm trouble from too many monthly hours, you can do, and probably should do, what that gamer girl does, and have a day off after 2 or 3 days of many hours of daily gaming or other RUclips content. That gives you 2 or 3 days off in a week, (or in the case of following a pattern of 2 days of posting content followed by 1 day off, then 1 week out of 3 you would have a week with 3 days off, the 3 days off being Sunday and Wednesday and Saturday on such a week.)
      Normally, I wouldn't go into such detail on something that a RUclips channel owner would eventually after a few years pretty much learn from her own experience by posting often enough on RUclips, but in this case, I make an exception. I believe that the channel owner in this case more than the typical channel owner especially deserves to be heard.
      One other trick has to do with RUclips's analytics that becomes available to a channel owner for any livestream of 60.0 minutes or longer. What a channel owner wants to see from those analytics of a livestream is a lot of non-subscribers showing up to listen to the livestream, rather than just the channel subscribers. If it's almost entirely channel subscribers listening, then you aren't getting good algorithm treatment, usually due to less than 100 monthly hours of content. If it's mostly non-subscribers listening to a livestream, that's probably a very good thing, because that means the RUclips algorithm is sending you lots of potential new subscribers.
      I wish the channel owner well in growing her channel rapidly this year in 2024. Perhaps in a few years she will in turn learn some new RUclips tricks that she might someday convey to me.

To me, it seems that in the case of my own country, there has been and still is very much anger at Putin for this incursion but the real or manufactured civil unrest and murders and riots have paralysed the new government, and along with the fighting between Hamas and the IDF, especially given the violent demonstrations supporting Hamas, a veil of other world events is being cast before our eyes making it more difficult to focus on Ukraine. That this has all blown up together shows that these events are in some way linked. I think Putin has been paying people to create diversions to keep us from looking too far east, and it's been working. You can rest assured that the western militaries and establishment are aware of your plight. Polititions are the problem here. They can't agree on simple definitions and think their job is to stay in power. The US always looks at the bottom line - what do I have to gain here? We Brits are so busy fighting among ourselves now we don't dare look away. Keep doing what you do, it works. I hope you and your compatriots will be successful and the people of the west see what is happening in time. You will win.

Serbs of other religions are no longer Serbs. for example, Bosniaks emerged from the Muslim Serbs about 30 years ago, and the Catholic Serbs were gradually absorbed into the Croatian national identity from the second half of the 19th century (and soon become our biggest enemies)... The amount of weapons Ukraine got so far is rather impressive, this is more than $150 billion in military weapons and close to $400 billion in total aid. How is it possible that this could not be enough to liberate the whole Ukraine so far? A small country of Croatia with less than 4 million citizen had liberated it's territory along a thousand kilometer frontline from a much more cunning adversary in 1995. With no foreign aid, with its own resources and weapons aquired on the black market.
    What do you think is the problem of Ukraine and this liberation plan, besides poor chain of command and lack of ammo? I have seen so many videos of Ukrainian soldiers firing like there's no tomorrow, just spraying ammo around. Be it rifle ammo, cannon/howitzer rounds or missiles, there were so many videos when soldiers just fire without aiming or hit assesment. I will skip videos which show Ukrainian soldiers not trying to establish identification whether the target they are shooting at is friend or foe.
    Don't you think it is time to review the sending of ammo and weapons to Ukraine? Forgive me for being slightyl critical about the waste of ammo and weapons, but what else would you need as a UAV pilot if all the aid so far has led to almost no results?

    • @parabellum1643
      @parabellum1643  7 дней назад

      Different information is available for different tranches. According to one of them, it seems to the last, the following allocation:
      23.2 billion will be used to replenish the American stockpile of weapons, 11.3 billion - for current US military operations in the region, and 13.8 billion - for the purchase of the latest weapons systems, goods and defense services. 7.85 billion dollars can be allocated for the budget of Ukraine.
      Also on others- part is already in purchased weapons, part is in financing the energy sector, part goes to repair energy infrastructure damaged during the war, part goes to humanitarian aid, part goes to humanitarian demining.
      It’s about money.

      These are absolutely incomparable wars, what happened in Croatia is perhaps 0.0001% of what is happening in Ukraine. We are fighting one of the largest and quite strong armies in the world. I don't know how much you
      you generally understand what a big full-scale war is and what it looks like. and what costs it requires. and I don't know if you can imagine the number of shells that Russia fires at our positions every day. only after being personally under such shelling comes the understanding of how much ammunition is needed to conduct combat operations on an equal footing. we never had enough. What about the infantry, how they fight and why it is so, can be understood only after fighting in the infantry. Sniper fire where every cartridge counts and fighting, repulsing assaults are completely different things.

    • @DeksZagreb
      @DeksZagreb 7 дней назад +2

      @@parabellum1643 The highest number of Russian shells and missiles per day fired in Ukraine was 60k/day along the thousand kilometers frontline. Today they are down to 10k and you are down to 2k/day. Croatia was hit much harder than what you experienced from the Russians, the city of Vukovar was receiving 12k hits per day at its peak. Was any city in Ukraine hit that much so far? Bahmut was around 8k/day tops if my memory serves me well. Hopefully, you will never have a 12k/day hits experience in your life. Let's just say I know the difference between a 2k/day and 12k/day count.
      This same little country named Croatia donated to Ukraine more than half a billion worth of weapons officialy, and double that unofficially. You got 14 Mi-8 helicopters, a lot of howitzers and field guns, millions of ammo, shells and missiles. In 1995 the Croatian frontline was around 1000 kilometers long and there were more than half a million Croatian men and women who fought a close to equal number of Serbian agressors. So this is very similar to what you got, there are around 350k Russian and 400k Ukrainian fighters on each side.
      The difference is that Ukraine received a lot of military aid, Croatia had none. On the other hand, the Croatian Army had a pretty good chain of command which Ukraine seems to lack horribly. Your soldiers are admireable, squad and platoon level seems ok, but the commanding staff above (soviet battalion level and above) is simply terrible. Charles Maurice de Taleyrand said that he is more afraid of an army of one hundred sheep led by a lion than of a hundred lions led by sheep. Your problem might be related more to sheep than to ammo.
      If you are looking to fund combat operations on an equal footing with the Russians, you risk of losing a lot of manpower. What you seem to lack is infantry combat and commanding skills, and a different perspective about strategy and tactics. The Russians are adapting to your way of fighting, they use small squad groups now so that they could trace your incoming rounds. It makes no sense to send a tank to blast a house with 20 rounds into which the Russians went in without checking wheter they left this house through the back door.
      You will have to figure this out yourself, and fight this war for your freedom on your own. It might be wise to ditch some false asumptions like minimizing what Croatia experienced during the war. During the war in Croatia there were a bit less than 2 million mines which is close to what you got today in the whole Ukraine. In other words, you can fight and win this war but you got to make some changes in your planning and performance. You need to form strike brigades with a joint chain of command, with combat experienced high ranking decision makers.
      This channel says you are Valentina, a UAV pilot. I guess the channel is managed by a team of young guys (and girls like yourself in this video) who have experience with UAVs. What kind of drones do you use on a daily basis? Where do you get the materials and stuff, how do you use them? Maybe You could make a video about that and then ask your locals for funding. You never know, maybe even someone from abroad might drop a dime or two for the materials you need.

      And since the start of the full-scale war, Russia has fired about 10,000 missiles at Ukraine. And that's not including artillery fire, it's just rocket fire.
      Also as far as I know there were several armistices during the war in Croatia and no fighting every day for several years.
      And from open sources, I read that there were from 70,000 to 200,000 soldiers on the Croatian side before 1995, and from 90,000 to 200,000 Serbs.
      I also read from open sources that between 2,900 and 3,600 people died in the battle for Vukovar. And civilians were killed from 1000 to 1500 .
      At the time when only in the battle for Mariupol losses among the civilian population amount to
      20-22 thousand (identified), de facto ≈ 100 thousand dead civilians.
      And the shelling of Mariupol and Azovstal, in particular, is difficult to compare with anything at all.
      And in parallel, at the same time huge battles continued for Irpin, Bucha, and a number of other large cities.
