Put when I tried to start a game, it doesn't let me, it only let me on custom. I played custom and the whole weapons and abilities are not working as it should. I only can see my arms while aiming and shooting, and the abilities I can't see them when I use them
I tested all curves extensively. If not mentioned they aren't worth bothering with. Smooth 5( perfect ) Medium 5 Heavy 6+ Extreme 6+ Hope it narrows it down. I don't even need to use focus, it's now crouch.

Turn the threshold down to somewhere between 7.5 to 8 and see how that works, you might want to keep it a bit higher so you have better control when you walk, but I had issue where at default settings .99, the game couldn't tell when I was fully pushing up on the sticks or not so it would walk and run whenever it felt like, turning down just a bit fixed that

If you use a faster base sense I would use extreme or heavy, that way you can turn fast and then use focus to make sure you are on target. If it feels a little slower, standard is really good.
@@user-ib4dn2gr4m the only way that should happen is if you have walk while in focus on without realizing it. If that’s not it try to use a different controller and see if the issue is still there.
I use focus for about 90% of the kills I get. I would say when you are checking angles and swinging people I would use focus so you already have your shot lined up. Base sens is more for moving around the map and dodging flashes imo. It's also not bad idea to flick to your enemy with base sens and then focus to confirm your shot.

@@LandonPinkerton I got a new settings vid coming out tomorrow which should cover some more things. In the meantime, try tweaking your movement deadzone and walk/run threshold and it might fix your problem
Honestly I think it’s just that the game is more forgiving towards running and gunning that on PC. That’s why it feels that way. Cause I’ve had some crazy bs deaths where people are literally jumping of ledges and just spraying.

You aren’t supposed to spray in valorant. Tap firing a few bullets and aiming for the head is the most effective way to play.

Eh it depends, sometimes you should strafe between shots, sometimes it’s better to stand still. Just depends on the situation.

It’s just a center dot with a little outline thickness. Inner lines and outer lines are off, I think there is something similar in presets as well.
