There are millions and millions of reasons to cry, I realize. Crying is like a way for humans to let out extreme amounts of emotion or energy.
Last time I cried a few days ago. The woman I believed to be the love of my life left me a couple of months ago, and moved onto someone new immediately. I thought about her out of the blue while I was driving and had to calm myself down.

Snappy Stettner I understand the feelings you have for her, but her leaving you and moving on so soon? She doesn't deserve your time and pain. Someone like her is irrelevant. Move on- as hard as it sounds- and learn to be happy. Because you learned your lesson with someone like her, now you must continue to live your life without regrets or staying stuck on one thing. I'm sorry for what happened to you, but I wish you luck in your happiness/future relationship!
That sucks, man. Breakups are tough, especially when it's with someone you believed you'd be together with for a long, long time. And if they move on quickly, it hurts even more.
Look at it as a life lesson; this can happen as easily if you're married (~50% of marriages end in divorce, for the most part initiated by the woman). There isn't much incentive for people, women in particular, to stay loyal and married anymore. Which is both good and bad. Count yourself lucky (if) there are no children involved, though..
She wasn't "your girl", it was just your turn - for a while, and then it was someone else's turn. Good riddance to that. It is what it is, and we can't do much more than learning from our mistakes (and maybe those of others) and try to avoid setting ourselves up for failure and pain. Nothing stays the same forever.
Snappy Stettner I'm really sorry. I know you probably hear that a lot, but I know how you feel. Everyday it'll hurt a little less, concentrate of positive activities, do the things you love to do, whether that's a sport, a curricular activity, whatever it is, It's a great way to move on. She clearly wasn't deserving of your time and love, for her to move on that fast, you'll find someone deserving of you. Stay well, have a great life :)

Today, and almost every day of my life. At first they used to be embarrassed, but after 30 years of hell on earth living with 11 chronic diseases, dying three separate times, and fighting like hell each day just to stay alive, I have to cry every day just to let the emotions out, I cannot keep them in, and I always feel better after, so don’t be ashamed to cry, I think it’s actually really helpful, and a great way to let all that sorrow and hurts ouch, allowing us the emotional strength we need to face another day.
It feels very comforting to see other people opening themselves up and showing they have emotions in nowadays world; where you're supposed to be tough and iron. It feels connective somehow :)
i cried in the bathroom at work today because when my dad was driving me there i was telling him what was to me a really cool story about something i am passionate about, but near the end he cut me off and told me what i was saying was such 'pointless trivia.'
and that hurt because as i had been telling him the story i thought it was really awesome that i could tell him the stuff i'm passionate about. i guess not.

I was in class and I was just so frustrated that I didn't understand what we were doing, when everyone around me did. The weeks leading up to this were some hard weeks. I got broken up with, rumors were spread about me, I lost almost all of my friends and I was leading back into depression; so in the last period I started to cry and was trying to pull myself together when a friend walked over and asked if I was ok, I completely broke and started having a panic attack. The teacher had to stop class to ask if I needed to leave, but I refused and spent the entire period crying and holding my best friends hand.
I’m a really strong willed person, I rarely cry, last time I did was around the night of a month, a night which changed my life. To sum it up in the past 4 years I have suffered, a lot, I got really ill and it affected me, it almost destroyed me. Everyone, except my bestfriend, lost respect for me, bullying inevitably took part in my life, a constant weigh on my already shattered mind. I’ve been through weird phases at time, in which the smallest most dumbest thing drives me insane, which I believe is linked to all the horrors I went through previously.
Back to that night, precisely a Friday night, I was on Xbox, with my bestfriend and something just burst out, I couldn’t hold it in any longer, which was really odd as I had been able to for the past 4 years. It is as if my subconscious mind triggered something that just forced me to do so, and it was relieving, so relieving. Not because I took off a lot of pressure from me, but because I realized for the first time that my bestfriend was always there for me, not once was he against me and that right there, was a happy turning point in my life.
I cried last Sunday at church 06/25/2017 crying always gets those things inside you out and it makes you feel a lot better. 😊
