THANK YOU. Everything I needed to know. Bike just arrived today, haven’t even unboxed it cause it’s ‘TO DARN HOT’. But followed your previous vid about the totes and did order and receive it. Haven’t made the mods yet but have everything to do it. This one was very helpful as I am hoping fingers crossed I will be able to heft it either into my tear drop which will be a tight fit. Will try the empty tote box first see how that goes, OR into my SUV. Either one will be a challenge as a solo traveler. I’ll have to ‘PUMP UP’ real quick. Having the totes is BRILLIANT. You two have great chemistry on camera and off I’ll bet. THANK SO MUCH. RIDE ON!!!

Hey TNT, Nice video. Keep those little gray cells communicating, Very nice food for thought.

Thanks for the video! Just purchased 2 Husky 45 gal bins today after watching your video instead of hitch bike rack. I like having the bikes inside our 5th wheel. NO rain , no worrying about them falling off or someone taking them off. ( H.D. now priced at 39.99)( cheaper ones available without wheels and lightweight... won't last as long)

Another RV’er puts the bin vertically then rolls the folded bike in then tips the bin down. No lifting. Then he uses a dog ramp from Amazon (which has to be stored- it telescopes) so he doesn’t have to lift the bin- he easily does it himself. I’d want to avoid lifting as his method allows

Exactly how we do the same thing in our Rockwood Mini Lite 2109s and our two Lectric bikes!!

  • @DMO-om8md

Great idea. We have our 2 and wish we saw this sooner. A few trips on the rack on the back and not happy with how they’ve been beat up. This is such a great and easy idea. Fold up the dogs cages and slide the bikes right in their spot. Thanks guys!

Grab the bin on either side (not front/back), toss it in the door wheels first, n wheel it right into position. Ergonomics.

Great demonstration! I’ve used totes too, and I have given detailed instructions on the best way to load an eBike into a pickup, with cap. (In my case the Lectric XP Premium.

  • @craigr9404

Nice, We use totes also but we like them in the back of our Nissan Armada. Reason being many times we unhook the camper at the campground and then travel with the truck to different places to ride our Lectric bikes.

I've just purchased 2 folding ebikes xp 2.0 and this was very helpful. A suggestion: Can you remove the seat post and put the handlebar where the seat post was? This would protect all the stuff you have on the handlebar - Mirror, controller, phone holder, shifter, break levers, rubber grips, etc... Thank you.
