Hi , by chance did you add external speakers to this unit? If so could you explain the steps needed to get the external speakers to override the unit's speakers?
No, i use it's build-in speaker... for basic usage its doing fined.

It's suitable for basic daily usage... but for playing game like sim 4 I don't think so. because Sim 4 required graphic card: NVIDIA GTX 650, AMD Radeon HD 7750, or better. This PC use only buildin Intel UHD graphics
At the back of the screen there Is a hole to connect power and above the hole is a light indicator. When the computer Is shut down. Is this light always on ?
Yes, as long as the charger is connected to the computer
Why their is not available 20 or 22 inch all in one gaming desktop ? Please make 20 or 22 Inch all in one desktop with higher configuration for Indian customer.
20 or 22 inches for gaming, I think not that enjoyable experience in gaming. that's why they didn't release that in my opinion...

The keyboard and mouse should have been wireless
hopefully, but they package with wired mouse and keyboard.
they are wireless on one I just bought from Wally World....
Only prob I had was there are no instructions on how to get started... One has to figure it out for theirselves....

How can you use the HDMI because I have no idea
At the back of the pc there is an HDMI port, just plug you HDMI cable to the port and to your secondary monitor....

It’s 2023 I don’t understand why there are still wired keyboards. I want to get this PC bad but ugh the keyboard and mouse are wired ! Kills the aesthetics 🙄🥴. I have my own wireless Bluetooth Kenyans mouse (and yes I know I can always use that) but seriously that should be changed.
