Thanks so much bro for explaining the Variable Bit Rate (VBR), I have been using the CBR for more than 5 years, I am glad I watch this video. God bless you real good!!!
I have discovered you! While recommended after binge watching Fulltime film makers.. I have watched on repeat the cinematic trilogy and color, and I have learned so much! Can’t wait to save the $97 to buy the course. Thank you so much for at least sharing some free content, which I will be practicing doing some vlogs just to master film making and will watch your editing videos NEXT! My main goal is to use these skills for greater things in the future! New Subscriber ❤️🙏🏻
I can't afford a 97 usd course which I really want. I only have GH1 Lumix. But thank you Sir. It's been a month watching your videos. I learned a lot and I know there's a lot more to learn. God bless you man. Love from The Philippines. ❤
Wonderful, and a very clear and slow (not too fast) English for me as a German guy 😉. 20 minutes is a wonderful time frame. I'm using also "LinkedIn Learning", but less and less... One point has changed: "Maximum upload size - You can upload files with a maximum size of 256 GB or a maximum length of 12 hours, whichever is smaller. You may see older videos that are longer than 12 hours. This is because we have changed the upload limits in the past."
bruh you lied.. this video ain't for the new players.. this is just as useful for guys like us , who know options, yet were never able to understand how smart they were designed to make our work as less as possible
I have been using free versions of video editors and yes, I see the similar features are pretty much the same. Some of the stuff that you showed was things I did not know about. It was using the bit rate. I have a friend that uses Premiere and edit amazing music, commercial, movies, documentaries and adds special effects, graphics and such to his projects with amazing results! So, I think that I just may invest in Premiere edit software. Now I am using the Dell Optiplex 780. Do you think that it is okay to use with Premiere or do I need an Apple?
hmmm ... I think it's not entirely correct to edit compressed material, especially 4 k. You need to convert it to an editing codec, or create a proxy. But do it after creating the sequence. Although, of course, depending on how serious the project is, I would recommend always re-encoding the source material, this makes editing much easier!
Say you color correct single clip (and you have thousand of clips in your project) - is your color correction going to be "exported" to rest of your project OR you need to color correct every single clip? That would be unthinkable amount of work...
1:07 That's me 😂 I've been using Filmora since last 3yrs. Once I opened the premier pro and couldn't understand a thing. Couldn't find basic functions on the main screen so I just quit 😂
Hi Justus, do ye use NAS for stored old video files? Im interetsed in the Synology DS1522+ and would like to know if it would be one of your recommendations?
Hi I been watching a lot of your videos and I saw one where one of you guys asked if there was anything that we think that could be a good idea for tomorrow filmmakers. It's something I'm trying to learn and that is curriculum development. With updates to safety and health training with cinematic videos with callouts lower thirds and much more. It's an industry I want to capitalize on and make it my own. I believe if I master it, it can bring in government contracts. Even develop into a way to make passive income.
Just have to say that I love this channel so much. You're the best tutor there is. Thank you so much.
Hahaha ain't no body got time for an 8 hour video from someone else....but! Our 100plus hours course hahaha love it

Sir, We want a total video on a "short film making" from starting to ending in a go. Our budget is lower than you think.
