WDP4D is my most and best favourite diesel locomotive of India and it's the diesel king of Indian railways. In fact I'm a great fan of EMD locomotives as they are number 1 type of diesel train engines of India. Whereas WDP3A is my most favourite chugging ALCo diesel locomotive of India. Ponmalai GOC in Tamilnadu, Guntakal and Gooty in Andhra Pradesh, Ernakulam D loco shed in Kerala, Krishnarajapuram and Hubbali diesel loco sheds in Karnataka are the best maintained diesel loco sheds in South India.
