After our wonderful retreat, I would be very grateful if you could share more pranayama practices with kumbhaka like we did with you and some meditation practices as well like we did with Jelena, to be able to continue what we started. Thank you 🙏❤
Thanks for sharing this. I’m just curious why do we not practise this at the end of the utpluthih since the purpose is to calm and balance. I often find my heartbeat rises again in utpluthih. Thanks in advance for replying. 🙏
Increíblemente ya lo estaba haciendo de manera intuitiva. Estoy feliz de conocer a través de ustedes que Sharath lo ha añadido a la práctica. Ustedes son mis maestros!
This is helpful video - will incorporate it in my practice going forward. I noticed quite a few fellow practitioners at my shala doing it and didn’t quite understand why initially 😅…explains it’s a newer thing.
Not sure if you have one already, but a tutorial on how to loosen tight hips for e.g., half lotus, lotus, leg behind head postures, as well as badda konasana, would be awesome!!!
My teacher taught me a variation where you cross the pinky and ring fingers. I have a hard time keeping my fingers together if I don’t. I liked the metronome to give guidance
Question not related to this video: How do you manage your practice when traveling? I am 7 years yoga practitioner, and I will be in Spain for a couple of months moving from one place to another. My husband and children don't practice, so in previous trips, it has been very difficult to have enough time for an ashtanga first series.

Love this Chanel!!❤❤ Saludos desde Argentina!
That drumbeat! Fond memories of Amsterdam and practising this with you, and of learning of its introduction into the Closing Sequence.

Yes, I feel this is a very important part that was missing for me. Thank you so much!

I would like you to make videos of short guided meditations, thank you!
Gracias!❤🔥
Nice explanation 😊
Jelena, doesn't this strange ring around your toe hurt you while practising?

How do we feel about adding something that was not traditionally passed down?
Isn't this Anulom Vilom rather than Nadi Shodhana as you're not holding the breath in between?
