    Very good work! One thing you might want to try is to remove the belly pan under the engine so all the grime you cleaned off the engine doesn't collect on top of the bottom cover.

    Nice work and great product choice. Next time you detail an engine bay with tight areas try Adams in and out spray it is an aerosol water based dressing that gets into all the nooks and crannies of hard to reach areas. Cheers and thanks for another great video.

      i know what you mean but i mean his sentence can be reduced by 2 lines and everyone can still know what he saying if that makes sence.
      i dont mind product detail at all, i love that and how to to do something in basic simple english but sometimes the explanation can drag with big fancy words and unnecessary infomation to fill out a sentence.
      anyway happy detailing i need to snowfoam my car soon i have left it unwashed for 1 month and i cringe looking at it

    The ONLY part I would change would be to ensure the exterior of the panels were WET FIRST before you detail the engine because while the overspray sits on the dry painted panels, it can potentially strip wax's and polishes off the protected paint while you detail the entire.

    • @CarCleaningGuru
      @CarCleaningGuru  8 лет назад +1

      +Paul Lodge (Camarosource) True, although those panels aren't going to stay wet the entire time so you'd have to keep re-wetting them.

    I'm still looking for a way to get the long green handled VIKAN detailing brush here in the US of A but no luck. I can't find anyone who is willing to ship out the VIKAN brush set that has the red and green long handled brushes. I'd actually like to get my hands on all the VIKAN detailing brushes including the wheel cleaning, arch cleaning, interior, and the long handled brushes used in this video (the Bright GREEN one). I'd be willing to pay a fair amount of shipping charges to get it delievered here to me in the US State of Maryland. Mr. Guru, if you'd be willing to purchase and ship me a set, please let me know. I'll pay the cost of the brushes and shipping charges and a nominal "service" fee for picking these up for me. Thanks again. Joe V (From Maryland, USA)

      Swan Lake thus improper care for the car, that's why you don't have one.

    That is how you not clean your car. Nerver let oil or cleaning product to the earth!

      +Dennis3Run The amount of run off here is incredibly light, if you want to pick a battle with this stuff. Look towards the aviation industry, jets dump fuel like crazy at non-optimal flying heights. Or perhaps the oil industry itself, dumping oil into the sea on a seemly monthly basis. One man cleaning a car, of which the oil is running off into the streets isn't a crime, granted. I wouldn't recommend doing a engine cleaning over earth. Over payment, its unlikely any amount of oil is reaching the earth below.
