- The game doesn't let you have both full hearts and stamina at the same time in Zelda Breath of the Wild, but with this glitch, you can! But also, You can have full hearts and stamina early in the game! We'll learn how to use the cursed statue and how to do the heart duplication glitch in botw.

@@animegod978 omg im glad it came out cuz i've been ahving all my hearts + stamina go back to 3 / one circle everytime and its soo annoying. I think #3. was what i didnt do and will try again
The comment i copied in here helped me understand it. but also what worked for me is that pretty much if your paraglider isn't working, then make sure to submit the hearts and stamina to the statue, save it again, load that save file, then take out the hearts and stamina. Just verify that the paraglider is working, otherwise the glitched heart and stamina will go awake again :)

for people having trouble with reloading a save and losing stamina and hearts make sure that you have quite a bit of essence collected with the statue and then reload the save so you lose the glitched hearts/stamina and if you have done it enough you should be able to max out and keep your containers

You know what's funnier, in the beginning of TOTK, Link starts out with 30 hearts and 3 wheels of Stamina, this implies that the Max Hearts and Stamina Glitch is canon to BOTW/TOTK
Or they’re the more boring option that he proved himself as “worthy” or whatever and got enough orbs to max out.
Actually he has less hearts, it's two rows of 10s instead of 15

Exactly what you'd expect if you have 2 rows of 15 hearts, each worth 4 HP.
Something important to note is PLEASE SAVE AFTER YOU GIVE IT YOUR HEARTS, or he’ll have nothing to give you after you try to load the save before you gave him your hearts
Just an FYI, after you get to the point where you can walk and move the apparatus at the same time, don't use the shrine exit thing. When I did that, it softlocked and I couldn't move
How did you get out of it? It softlocked on mine. I just closed the game and came back tho.
you’re supposed to reload the save at the dark statue, not exit the shrine
Just something to note, that once you've done the apparatus glitch and reload your statue save and take hearts out after, you can just reload the autosave for the shrine, making this process a little faster without having to run up to the shrine to enter it, repeat as many times necessary.

I did everything correctly and ended up maxed out everywhere. But when i restarted my game to have access to my paraglider, i ended up with 3 hearts and no more essence in the statue... why?

Very well-constructed video! I just did this glitch after completing every shrine in the game, just to get the last two hearts that were impossible. Now I can at least say I didn't just glitch my way to becoming overpowered.
Whoever figured this out must be a genius, I'd never think to string together crazy steps like this 💀
Did you go to the statue it says something cool which i don’t know why it says that
If your hearts or stamina are resetting after saving/resetting, you need to dupe the essence up before saving. So put in all your stamina and hearts into the statue till you have as much essence as possible, save your game, go in the shrine by foot, do the glitch, then load your save and get your essence. Then once you have all your hearts or stamina, go back into the shrine, do the glitch, and load the save from before. Put in all your hearts and stamina again and you should have double the amount of what you had previously. Do this on repeat till you have enough essence to max out all your stats. Then, in once sweep will you have 3 hears and one wheel of stamina, max everything out then save and restart the game and it should work!

I saved the game when I maxed my stats, closed the game and then reopened it to find out I lost all of my heats but kept all of the stamina...

Sorry to correct ya. But the best practice when starting out is to sell all your spare hearts and stamina to the statue. Save the game. Then buy them all back. Then do the apparatus glitch. This will send you back with all your hearts and their copy in the statue. Then you repeat. Sell them all. Save. Buy them all back repeat apparatus. This will duplicate much faster than how you explained. Another good piece of info would be the easiest memories to get

This worked great I had 6 hearts and two extra stamina and using this method I only had to do the glitch twice before maxing out everything.

A TIP IF GLIDING DOESN'T WORK AFTER GLITCH:
If your glide doesn’t work after the glitch, just save the game and then close it. Open it again and everything should be normal, with all the duplications still there!

Just save your game and reload that save, it’s much faster than reloading the game entirely

One of the ways I managed to fix the gliding was to save after I’d got all the hearts I needed through the glitch, then teleport to another location through the map

This worked first try, thank you! One thing I struggled with was the whole camera glitch, but I figured out that rather that doing it all at the same time, it was better to first equip the shield, then when I was ready use ZL and the left stick together and it worked every time. Just in case anybody needed that knowledge lmao

To stop the glitch sell all hearts and stamina save end game go back buy them again to make permanent

Actually you don't have to sell the hearts and get them back! Once you're done just save the game and reload the saved file. The affects of the glitch will be GONE

Beat the game when it first dropped but never fully completed it like all shrines, collected weapons or even did the dlc. Recently came back to it for a completely new playthough and came wanted to do the glitches for fun and to complete the game. This tutorial made it super easy and now I am on a binge of ur videos.
Love your channel, I subscribed today. I can confirm this still works. I did run into a glitch that I believe was caused by this one. After I got my hearts full and my stamina full, anytime I tried to paraglide I would drop to the ground almost as fast as normal falling. All I had to do was teleport and that fixed it. So I maxed out my hearts and stamina and I saved the game right after. I loaded it back in and I showed up with three hearts but the same amount of essence I originally had in the Shrine after a few repetitions. Am I supposed to keep the left over essence inside the shrine?
What you’re saying makes zero sense to me. I lost my hearts. Every time I do it it takes hearts and when I reload I have less hearts and it only has 5 essences. I gave it 10. Now I’m down to 3 hearts and screwed.

Saw this ages ago but I’m not going to glitch my game until I have completed the shrines, still on my (very slow) mission to explore every inch of the world...before doing any divine beasts. May sound painful, but I’m enjoying playing this way and make the most of this beautiful game.

I really hope in botw2 they make it so you can max both, without cheating. It's one of the most annoying things of the original botw imo
I think it's to add a bit of challenge: you have to decide whether you think it's better to have more stamina or hearts, and this shapes how you play. (for example, getting more hearts but less stamina might mean you clear out more monster camps since you have more hearts, but if you had more stamina you might climb or swim around it if you don't need to clear it out.)

Worked flawlessly on Master Mode in January 2023. I've always hated THOSE TWO FREAKING HEARTS and now I'll never have to worry about it again.
im currently replaying botw bc ive done literally everything along with champions ballad and master trials so it kinda got boring. im experimenting with glitches on a new save so thank you for this, your instructions were very clear and easy to follow
I’m still very early on in the game right now, so I don’t plan on using this glitch because I feel like it might ruin my first playthrough, but this will definitely help later on! Also, you did a great job explaining things-
I use it early to give myself 2 extra things (3 if you don't have DLC) so that when I turn in all shrine orbs, I'll be maxxed out. It is annoying doing all shrines doesn't max you out.

@@wtfjoe8358 Expansion pack. There is only the one. It has two DLC packs in them, but you can't get them separately. It is one or none.

@@supermegaepictriangleguy6899when you finish the glitch, make a save and then close out the games and load it back up. you should have all of your hearts and stamina with the paraglided working.

I like how easy the glitches in this game are, both this and the duplication glitch worked exactly as advertised with no wiggle room. Only time they didn't work, was when I messed up a step on the duplication glitch (ie, not dropping all of an item).

This is actually so simple, I got enough hearts for the master sword doing this! This kinda stuff never usually works out for me but I did it succesfully first try and got some free hearts! Thank you so much for showing me this, keep it up!
This is how I've always done it-
1. Sell the Hearts/Stamina to the statue
2. Save the game
3. Go back and buy back your Hearts/Stamina from the statue
4. Immediately after buying them back, do the glitch at the Shrine.
5. Once the glitch works as shown, load up the Save from before at the statue
6. Ask for the Hearts/Vessels the statue has, it should have it from when you sold them and you already bought back the others so just add em to the collection :)
7. Repeat until satisfied
Then just continue like usual. If your paraglider has issues, save then close the game then reopen it, should work as it should again 👌✨️

@@genjiegeneralgaming3582 Have you completed the actual shrine all the way? You have to have completed the Shrine first. If your game glitches and he can't move, you may gotta start over. You should be able to move him throughout this entire process.

It didnt work at first, but after some research, i found out that at 1:40 , you have to buy all your essences back from the statue right after saving.

There is a much easier way to do this. After you create your first save after selling the hearts, buy the hearts back and then do the apparatus glitch then load the save

this was my first botw glitch in the 4 years ive had the game, i think that ill try more now, thanks
If anybody has the same problem, I did, which was when I was done all of it and had my max everything when I paragliding I would fall really quickly to the ground but all you have to do is go back into the shrine, examine it, and then walk back out of the shrine don’t teleport it should make it, so you can paraglide and do everything. Normally I suggest saving once you get it all normal

Heres a quick tip for this glitch: when getting into the camera-crawl state (from my 30ish minutes of testing) DON'T click ZL L and left stick at the EXACT aame time do ZL>leftstick>L REALLY QUICKLY I clould be wrong about this but this is the only way I got it to work personally.

Just a note, if you do this as the first time you encounter the horned statue, he will take whatever you spent your first 4 orbs on, perform the glitch, then come back and take a heart or stamina without paying rupees. Takes longer since you can only do one at time this way, but at least it's free...
Thanks for the awesome video. Worked like a charm. I was having trouble getting the timing for the ZL L and crouch right so I tried holding the ZR L and the crouch and it seemed to work better for me, so that is an option for anyone struggling with the camera bit.

Well, I discovered a glitch within a glitch.
After nearly maxing out all my hearts ( 2 from max ), I decided to add 5 to my stamina wheel.
This resulted in it removing all my hearts when I entered the shrine but keeping full stamina wheel.
As I did the glitch again, it removed what I had added to the stamina wheel, in essence, putting me back to square 0.
So, just do one of the two at a time I guess.
Don't mix match or it breaks.

Works great, the only 2 things to note is: one, that you shouldn't do the glitch with stamina and health at the same time because it can delete your progress on one of them the next time you travel. Two, when you have completed the glitch and your ready to play the game, save, go through the shrine and complete it save again, and for good measure trigger another autosave. If you travel before causing a lot of new saves then it will take away all of the glitch duplicates you have.

The apparatus storage glitch also has a ton of other cool effects... such as making you invulnerable to environmental damage.
I did a three-hour livestream where I explored all of these effects in great detail.
It was quite fun to play around with!

@@KingQuatto Also, I did the glitch, hardsaved, and repeated the glitch numerous times so I could get maximum Hearts/Stamina on the hardsave before doing the glitch.
I wish I could explain it better in words, but the nature of this glitch makes defining the temporal events in a linear manner a bit difficult for me.

This glitch also works with korok pond storage. This can be done without the camera and is faster since you don't have to keep doing the apparatus thing
What do you mean?
@@diegoirizarry2333 jumping into a korok pond puzzle and pausing on a specific frame will induce the same effect as apparatus storage glitch. This is faster than setting up apparatus storage because you can just set up a save next to a pond and repeat as many times as you want. You don’t have to keep entering the shrine and you don’t need to complete the whole camera side quest/finding a memory. If you set the right save, you also don’t have to keep buying back your hearts. You can just keep depositing the ones from the save
This is my 3rd time using this gbitch but I haven't played. The game in over a year started it over new and forgot the process, watched 5other videos and this was the only one that worked.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Who in the hell figured this out? I mean...who just does random movements and such and then goes ...hmmm. i wonder. Something has to lead folks to these glitches. No person would ever think to go to shrine an apparatus and do these funky moves to try and do this. I always find it amazing how these come out.

You can take the hearts after you save than do the glitch and load the save before you collected the hearts and it still works
