My partner worked for DHSS, JOB CENTRE PLUS and DWP etc for 44 years. She told me on many occasions (The last 15 years especially)security and Po_lice ruined the job from not only the employees point of view but also the‘customers’. She also said management had no clue of the law time after time and what the rights of the public were . Idiots on both sides.
