Queens Park Job Centre - Officer Tries to Incriminate TLA

- Hi Guys
After being asked by a viewer I went and visited Queens park Job Centre, upon arriving I noticed this was an appointment only premises. I decided to have a quick look inside none the less as they had security turnstiles I haven't encountered before.
I was thinking this was going to be a short visit but I called it wrong after the manager called the police on me for a data breach, yes you read that correctly they called the police for a data breach, you really can't make this stuff up.
The police arrived on scene after quite a long wait and when they did the battle of wits commenced between the male officer and myself.
I've got to say this officer certainly had me on my toes and was trying desperately to get me to self incriminate myself.
I'm sure you will enjoy this one

Very professional from the job centre. It's great the Manager acted like that he cared about the data breach he didn't know the laws so he contacted the police for more advice. Not getting in TLA face, harassing calm and collected lovely to see that. As well for the Security they did good.
I think the manager called the police because he thought TLA was in the wrong for recording the data and hoped the police would do his bidding.
They were all wrong 🍩🍩🍩
Not so. The manager was vile and nasty.
Yon copper still thinks he is wearing his THUG badge
Sadly the police were the most incompetent and hostile yet again.
The PC was upset because you know the law better than him.
Cop saying that public property can become private on a WHIM! 😂
Why are they so confused about something so simple!
Copper starts rambling on about "who owns this building",
because he just can't comprehend, it makes no difference.
Then can't identify himself, because he's a moron. Downhill
from there on, because he's got the obligatory ego problem.
The contempt that policeman had for a member of the public asking him to identify himself was so depressing. And yet again they are caught covertly recording the public.
The beauty of covert recording by the Police though, is that when the Police both fail to identity and notify to a member of the public that they're recording, to the member of the public that they're interacting with, none of their bodycam video evidence can be used in court in their defence, or where it is used, ignoring their own policy would weaken their defence, and this is mostly why the Police settle all civil claims out of court, since the money doesn't affect them on a personal financial level. I'd like to see the National Police budgets being more carefully scrutinized by the government, and excessive out of court claims reducing their annual budgets. This would be much easier to implement than holding the Police financially accountable, as it would have a direct effect on the relevant regional Police force, making their job much more difficult, and since we know how lazy the Police are these days, you can bet that they'd want to avoid any situation that made their jobs harder. Also, section 43 of the Terrorism Act needs to be repealed as soon as possible, as the only terrorists in the UK are the ones wearing a Police uniform.
*Officer's internal dialogue:* _"This bloke seems to know a lot more about this particular area of law than I do . . . hmmmmm, I don't feel like the most important person in the room anymore . . . I know . . . I won't give him my shoulder number ! Yeah ! That'll show him, that'll show him how powerful I am"_
That copper is dumb !! . Its a public place , and the law says it is , it doesn't matter if you are getting services !!!!!
Holding our government accountable is not a crime 👍keep up the great work. ✌️🏴🇬🇧
No it's not a crime,it's a necessity these days, watching the watchers👍🏴
He's looking for something they want to incriminate all the time
If you walk into a job centre or a shop and choose not to look for a job or buy any goods then it doesn't change a public place into a private place.
You clearly have no understanding of the law if you think a public building and private one are the same
@@MikeyGibs You clearly don't understand what I wrote in my comment. You should re-read it and think about what I'm saying.
@@PINACI do public buildings have restricted areas or can you just go where ever you like ? Ask him to go the canteen make a coffee, he went as he said in the beginning solely to wind them after already causing a scene the time before , he's a sausage.
@@MikeyGibs Again, you clearly don't understand my comment. I didn't mention anything about going into any restricted areas or mentioned anything about a public or private "building"
Look up the definition of what a public "place" is, then understand that my comment was regarding what's classed as a "public place" which can be inside a private building. And then understand that if you walk into Tesco for example which is a private building open to the public making it a public place and you choose not to purchase any food then it doesn't stop being a public place.
You are clearly not understanding my comment and are just trying to start some kind of argument.
@@PINACI yes but if your going to tesco to start winding staff and clearly have no jntention of using the facilities am pretty sure you can be trespassed from a tesco , good attempt tho
The cop was verbally slaughtered in front of the rookie
This JCP resembled a futuristic airport scanning area. Similar to the one in Total Recall (when he has the fake mask).
Refusing to read out their collar number is always a dead giveaway when they're full of contempt for you.
It's also a sign that they're beaten.
Security should not be handling personal data on behalf of DWP and signing people in. If you ever have to go to the job centre and g4s is signing you in then tell them.
This cops bias is overwhelming.
Clear partial policing
No bias at all just feed of these pretend do gooders being a nuisance.
What is going on in these job centres that requires this level of security..?
Well done Laughing Auditor you made that copper look a right TWAT 😂 You've made my day sir...
See, you hit a nerve with that cop lol
The usual reaction from a bad copper when he's told he's wrong. All going well UNTIL the police arrive
Why are security dealing with the public’s appointments? It’s not their job. Another good interaction sir.
Jeez, That cop has just shown the World how stupid he is, ha, what a chump, this is going to follow him around, all his friends & family are going to see it, & will laugh at him.
It’s amazing how much time a police cunstable will spend on a petty hypocritical argument or perhaps better described as a pissing contest, in order to feel superior to a photographer. When all the time, real crimes go unattended. And if you are able get a police cunstable to turn up to a real crime they spend as little time as possible and often do nothing to help. The male police cunstable just couldn’t shut up and accept he had no power. And walked away with tail tucked, defeated.
so that copper said you can only go in a shop if you are there to buy something, what about browsing?
The Police turning up extended the video for an extra 25 minutes and ultimately waisted everyone's time as they had no reason to become involved.
How rude can government employees be, constantly turning his back on you as he engaged you in conversation, then just walking away. I am not racist as I hate everyone equally so can anyone tell me, in the name of diversity & inclusion, what % of white English speaking people actually work in these departments. Does not appear to be balanced at 90% in tune with the demographics of the population
He did redeem himself and engaged with you without any anger or prejudging but locking the door is just stupid lol
Why, when an auditor leaves, do they lock the door, have they not heard barn door after horse has bolted 😂
Well done 🎉
I don't like people either.
@@lynnedavies5884 🤣 im not alone
@@kyivwithgeofftanya5546 Give me animals any day .🤣
@@lynnedavies5884 the wife rescues animals in Kyiv lol and my best friend is Stevie, after Stevie wonder, who was blind when we got him as a very very young kitten left away from his mother, by someone, to die. After loads of meds he is now just sight impaired and causing mayhem. I think I have a video with him on my RUclips channel
Whilst he is fucking around arguing with TLA real crime is going on.
He is the real crime. Secretly filming public, and trying to fit the public up! 🤡🙈🤫🤭
Complete amazing this police officer hadn't got a clue ,so much crap come out of his mouth ,thick as a plank wouldn't trust this officer to run a bath not alone serve and protect the public, disgusting. Well done auditor you wrapped him up .👏 the manager was very good IMO.
policeman out of his depth, did not have clue , wpc had enough ,eye roling shoulder shrugging,
PC Egomaniac is completely wrong about public property. Why do these people believe that they have the authority to define the law, it is what it is and not open to the interpretation of his personal opinion. Some training needed here I think.
The cheek off the officer putting the guilt on you for the GDPR data breech
WTH is going on at job centres???? Why has it turned into these top secret buildings what is going on? It's ONLY people looking for jobs. OR are they slowly being turned into something more nefarious!
It's in G4Stupid policy that they are NOT allowed to handle any GDPR info such as signin sheets, etc.. as well
Total respect to you TLA, please keep up the good work.
Well done with handling the police officer, he was trying to create frame work, did not work !
Superbly handled. TLA makes this look effortless. 10/10
As usual, a police officer not knowing what the hell he's spouting.
That cop was fishing with an entire fleet of trawlers! Donkey!
I have a question, Do enforcement officials turn into psychopaths or are psychopaths attracted to this type of work, this applies to the police also. Would the officer ask a person in a full religious head covering the same question?
Latter
The seven that murdered marshal and Millions are psychopaths
Why do the coppers turn up and have not a clue what they are talking about
They get taught how to make it up as they go along in class between drills in the playground.
@@Katyjones518 Yet you've watched your colleagues do that on a regular basis. You've seen many videos of your colleagues making shit up as they go. Yet, somehow, you never see it. It might not be about what rubbish you've heard from me, more about turning a blind eye to your colleague's behaviour. Perhaps you also do it. I'l bet you've used the term " I’ve never heard so much rubbish!" on a regular basis. You should get out & speak to real people instead of your colleagues.
That police man ( lol) really wanted you to fuck up, but you kept your cool and know your stuff. Officer you tried but fucked it up brilliant watch
The copper missed a simple point in that an eye CAN be seen to be used as evidence in court. The coppers refer to their notes EVERYDAY in court.
TLA causing chaos 😂
The young police girl looks bored out of her brains !!
She did try to talk I think. It's not as easy as it looks thinking and talking at the same time, as many cops have found.
Could someone tell me why there is security at a job centre… back in the 80s no security just walk in look at the boards 😎
They are needed because of the public servants that do a little bit of work every now and then , like to antagonise the people that have to rely on them !!!
Bring back the ticket system with private cubicles and sucrity screens, then get rid of G4S bullies and save a lot of hard earned tax payer's money !!!
G4S are taking the piss out of us taxpayers, the Tories have allowed them to put multiple minimum wage drones into Job Centres, no doubt there will be a kick back for the Minister involved.
Well have you ever seen a junkie after being sanctioned 🤣
@@tjm1613 it's about time the public servants in these job centres had random drugs testing, nearly all would be dismissed and they have the cheek to show no compassion for people with addictions , absolutely deplorable !!!
The petty bureaucrat's get angry that you do not OBEY!
Not sure, but as far as I know G4S is not allowed to handle personal data inside these jobcenters, so that would be a breach of GDPR. This must be done by employees of the jobcenters. And like most of the time , the coppers twist en turn so the can take sides with a jobcenter instead of being neutral.
Loved that stern look from the policewoman. Looked like she was very close to writing your mother a letter describing your behavior in that office...Then you would've really caught some discipline.....
The data breach was a game changer😂
I think that PC would be happy when we all have our NI number tattooed on our foreheads. Go fish somewhere else plod.
That copper is an absolute arsehole , he is the reason the police are despised , he is actively trying to find something illegal , in what is a legal activity.
He should police by facts , NOT his ego , he really enjoyed the sound of his own voice , he was literally speaking for the sake of speaking.
The woman shouting about him not being able to film was breaching the peace more than him filming.
He still never gave his shoulder number.
Always on the lookout to escalate something legal into being illegal.
He needs to shut his mouth and go and do a proper crime 😡 no wonder burglaries aren't solved.
The manager is one of the nicest people I've seen in the videos, he was chilled and very professional.
No..not right at all. He called the police. A proper manager would never call the police. His demeanor is devious and passive aggressive. Calling the Police is not a joke it is a very, very serious matter.. escalating to a massive degree. He is the worst type of manager.
The officers didn't tell you they are filming first
Earning the hate more more
I see they are breaking thier own rules and filming from the security camera from the roof
Ok for them but not for anyone else.
Fascists
Wow amazing audit.
Anyone that doubts you or jobcentre audits needs to rethink.
You've just set a benchmark.
This is why you are up there with AB and DJ.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
And BANG you SHOT that police officer down.
MASSIVE RESPECT TLA.
I am still amazed they send coppers out to these non events. Probably missed a few muggins a load of shoplifting and maybe the odd stabbing in that time .
They aren’t interested in important stuff like that. A man with a camera is far more dangerous.
Don't talk law to a police officer, they won't have a clue what your talking about.
It would be interesting if someone recorded their interaction when signing on, I've always been patronized and treated like a second class citizen, and by an immigrant believe it or not. These places are soul destroying..
Oh I agree
Those 2, are definitely not too be trusted 🤨🤡
23:40 Police officer NW1297 having a sook cos he was told about public places lol. Awwwww. He did't want to identify properly and had a hissy fit lol
That was once of the most interesting interactions of all the Auditors I have ever seen.
So many different connotations between the bespectacled constable and yourself. When I watched the first few minutes of the video, there were no comments; by the end of it, there was well over a hundred!
Kudos to the young lady constable who asked a pertinent question pertaining to auditing.
As always your delivery was spot on and you gave as good as you got. I bet this is one of the times you could be 'The Laughing Aviator', so that you could have flewn away from the constable with an ego problem ... not annunciating his number to you, was the height of ignorance.
Keep them coming, in my humble opinion, you are up there with Plod and AB 👍🏼
Seriously, who cares if you see a sign-in sheet with names on it ?
It's a job center, not a Dr. Office or an abortion clinic.
Its the law
@retroclickmedia4422 if my name was on that list, so what ?
As long as my address and phone number isn't I couldn't give a rat's who see it.
Have you missed the point of auditing?
@@colstace2560 The law is not about what you think or want is it?
He shouldn't see it is the point, and also a name is classed as data, so the G4S shouldn't be getting access to it. They are security not receptionists. That's the job of the job Centre. They are using security to do their jobs which is wrong.
Ego cop was a poor quality officer. Making unfounded judgments. Accusations without evidrnce.
The gobby woman said that being filmed was an act of provocation and the hog with handcuffs immediately sided with her. That was bias which police constables are not supposed to show. I'd argue that the gobby woman demanding you can't film her was the person guilty of provocation. She was clearly challenging your right to film in a publicly accessible area. Imagine if I were feeding ducks in a public park and that gobby woman started demanding I can't do it. Who is the provocateur in that scenario? In my opinion it's the gobby woman. The duck feeder was just minding his own business while carrying out a perfectly legal activity and harming no one in the process.
It often is an act of provocation and in most cases connected with auditing that is the intention, however, that doesn't make it unlawful.
@@utredutredson1686 I felt provoked by the gobby woman. Where do we go from here?
exactly the same place we were, within the law ;)@@johntate5050
Typical tyrant pc behaviour 1297, rather than give his number when requested, he digs his heels in, and does the ''you can see it'' attitude, he actually tries to create a problem.
A simple verbal request escalated.
That copper with the glasses is a mong 😂😂😂😂and the silly little girl with an attitude must be on.
Wow....the policeman knows nothing about a wide range of Laws.....tries (hoplessly) to incriminate....and slowly and embarrassingly sinks into the swamp. Disgraceful.....but all too common from our policeforces across the country. Sincerely hope he sees this video and maybe, just maybe realises what an idiot he has been and considers a different response next time.
27:03 Why is it always a woman who escalates situations ???
Because they're bleeding neusances May have miss spelled that.😂
@@darrylkennedy2125 Know ewe diddyint 😋
It's very worrying you know more about the law than the PC
I believe G4S aren't supposed to deal with claimant's data; where's the Jobcentre receptionist?
I'm sure that lovely building (built at taxpayers expense) will eventually make for nice apartments as and when it gets sold off to private developers!
The big bearded security guard was decent. Well done mate if you're watching this.
I guess the receptionist was the large mouthy black lady (hovering around) that clearly didn't want to work so allocates G4S to book people in and do her job. G4S should only be the security aspect here.
The copper was REALLY trying to incriminate you but failed dismally. The fact that you filmed the data was for the purpose of evidence gathering; "factual evidence" as the copper said rather than someone just saying they had seen it.
You done well TLA but try to chuck in the evidence gathering bit and the Human rights articles. Great work.
Extremely dangerous the male officer has no knowledge of the law and an ego , clearly he is suffering from the serious mental illness of occupational psychosis
officer is only worried why he captured data.
Also officer can't figure that the main point is that the data should never be in display in the first place. So he goes around the bushes and never adresses the security team that created the main failure point.
I've been pulling out the law books on this and if the manager had said he's securing the building that means you still have freedom to come and go witch wouldn't have been false imprisonment but as he said he's locking the door thats regarded as false imprisonment, it's amazing how a phrase can change things to a criminal offence to not being an offence but still doing the same act for each
A breach of the peace has to be both “Real and Imminent” that’s from a stated case .
Again why are security staff handling personal information of job seekers. They are not DWP staff, breach of youve just said this whilst im typing.
It's a job center, who cares about a sign in sheet ?
@@colstace2560 they are not DWP staff, would they let the cleaners check people in and see people's names, DWP staff are fully trained re confidentiality, I wouldn't trust security to know my whereabouts on certain time or day, open to abuse. Some people may be vulnerable.
Noticed the two cops walked through the barriers/check point with their body cams active. Was that within the law? As for the male cop’s interpretation of what is public, demonstrates his lack of knowledge and personal wish to ‘win’ every argument against a citizen.
if that jobcentre does not get permission from the jobcentre user to share their information with a private company that's illegal
TLA it is a shame you don't have the letter PTTP has that states "ONLY DWP STAFF SHOULD BE HANDLING THE CLAIMENTS INFORMATION!" and that "G4S OR ANY SECURITY ARE THERE TO PROTECT STAFF AND THE PREMISES. NOT TO LIGHTEN THE DWP STAFFS WORK LOAD!" That would of torn down some egos and would seriously put the staff on notice.
Typical behaviour of the police, he was alright right up until you put him straight over a public place then he got all sh💩💩 ty Well done dealt with him perfectly
Police officers are clueless and burt hurt , very unprofessional yet again . Need retraining,Great video set safe retired lifeboatman
The irony of that POLICY OFFICER as a data controller themselves using cameras recoding public didn't even follow MET Police code of conduct. But he thought he could incriminate a member of the public. Shocking behaviour.
The stupidity of it is, if they fail to inform you, you are being filmed, anything you say or do on film, the film couldn't be used in evidence.
It was certainly a protracted encounter with that officer! But you were "entirely sure of your legal footing" from the outset!! I don't he was entirely expecting that to have been the case so from your perspective "considerable progress" was made here in my view!!!😊😊
Nice to see so many people gainfully employed .....
29:50 I'm glad the female cop eventually found the confidence to speak even if it was jut the once. Must contribute more in class discussion
You can go in a shop just to browse. Buying something is not compulsory. The main problem is police ignorance.
Painful when police get taken out for a ride by the citizen that knows more about the law than they do...More painful is the awareness they're being recorded while it's happening.
With so much theft and crime rising in london these worried about a camera. very sad to see that joke.
The coppers should have stood away from the doors, they were cracking me up keep opening and closing for nothing.
Why are job centres like prisons? It's not incriminating or disparaging to look for work. Crazy ,
How is it possible that an ordinary citizen knows more about the law than a professional law enforcement officer? The mind boggles!
Was that guy a copper or a judge?
I have been waiting this for long time. Let me make my coffee to enjoy for watching it. I’m really appreciate how you respect your subscribers. You’re amazing
the policewomen looked bored rigid
That cop will be pissed for weeks seeing as he got nowhere.
You should have pulled him up on giving his number verbally the police
I thought jobseekers at this place would have to go through a metal detector arch thing after putting all their belongings in a tray for X-ray.😀
Waste tax money with the police.
I spy with my little eye..all outsiders
That is a popular interpretation coming from WEF regarding public property and public places and public events being deemed private sector virtually at the organizers will. It makes it a public fascist event.
The pig did the oink of shame in the end 🙊😂
Great job mate
