Queens Park Job Centre - Officer Tries to Incriminate TLA

  • Hi Guys
    After being asked by a viewer I went and visited Queens park Job Centre, upon arriving I noticed this was an appointment only premises. I decided to have a quick look inside none the less as they had security turnstiles I haven't encountered before.
    I was thinking this was going to be a short visit but I called it wrong after the manager called the police on me for a data breach, yes you read that correctly they called the police for a data breach, you really can't make this stuff up.
    The police arrived on scene after quite a long wait and when they did the battle of wits commenced between the male officer and myself.
    I've got to say this officer certainly had me on my toes and was trying desperately to get me to self incriminate myself.
    I'm sure you will enjoy this one

    Very professional from the job centre. It's great the Manager acted like that he cared about the data breach he didn't know the laws so he contacted the police for more advice. Not getting in TLA face, harassing calm and collected lovely to see that. As well for the Security they did good.

      I think the manager called the police because he thought TLA was in the wrong for recording the data and hoped the police would do his bidding.

    Copper starts rambling on about "who owns this building",
    because he just can't comprehend, it makes no difference.
    Then can't identify himself, because he's a moron. Downhill
    from there on, because he's got the obligatory ego problem.

  • @ianrosie4431
    @ianrosie4431 Год назад +12

    The contempt that policeman had for a member of the public asking him to identify himself was so depressing. And yet again they are caught covertly recording the public.

    • @NomadicNight
      @NomadicNight Год назад +1

      The beauty of covert recording by the Police though, is that when the Police both fail to identity and notify to a member of the public that they're recording, to the member of the public that they're interacting with, none of their bodycam video evidence can be used in court in their defence, or where it is used, ignoring their own policy would weaken their defence, and this is mostly why the Police settle all civil claims out of court, since the money doesn't affect them on a personal financial level. I'd like to see the National Police budgets being more carefully scrutinized by the government, and excessive out of court claims reducing their annual budgets. This would be much easier to implement than holding the Police financially accountable, as it would have a direct effect on the relevant regional Police force, making their job much more difficult, and since we know how lazy the Police are these days, you can bet that they'd want to avoid any situation that made their jobs harder. Also, section 43 of the Terrorism Act needs to be repealed as soon as possible, as the only terrorists in the UK are the ones wearing a Police uniform.

    It’s amazing how much time a police cunstable will spend on a petty hypocritical argument or perhaps better described as a pissing contest, in order to feel superior to a photographer. When all the time, real crimes go unattended. And if you are able get a police cunstable to turn up to a real crime they spend as little time as possible and often do nothing to help. The male police cunstable just couldn’t shut up and accept he had no power. And walked away with tail tucked, defeated.

I'd argue that the gobby woman demanding you can't film her was the person guilty of provocation. She was clearly challenging your right to film in a publicly accessible area. Imagine if I were feeding ducks in a public park and that gobby woman started demanding I can't do it. Who is the provocateur in that scenario? In my opinion it's the gobby woman. I believe G4S aren't supposed to deal with claimant's data; where's the Jobcentre receptionist?
    I'm sure that lovely building (built at taxpayers expense) will eventually make for nice apartments as and when it gets sold off to private developers!
    The big bearded security guard was decent. Well done mate if you're watching this.
    I guess the receptionist was the large mouthy black lady (hovering around) that clearly didn't want to work so allocates G4S to book people in and do her job. G4S should only be the security aspect here.
    The copper was REALLY trying to incriminate you but failed dismally.The fact that you filmed the data was for the purpose of evidence gathering; "factual evidence" as the copper said rather than someone just saying they had seen it.
    You done well TLA but try to chuck in the evidence gathering bit and the Human rights articles. Great work.

    Extremely dangerous the male officer has no knowledge of the law and an ego , clearly he is suffering from the serious mental illness of occupational psychosis

    officer is only worried why he captured data.
    Also officer can't figure that the main point is that the data should never be in display in the first place. So he goes around the bushes and never adresses the security team that created the main failure point.

    I've been pulling out the law books on this and if the manager had said he's securing the building that means you still have freedom to come and go witch wouldn't have been false imprisonment but as he said he's locking the door thats regarded as false imprisonment, it's amazing how a phrase can change things to a criminal offence to not being an offence but still doing the same act for each

    Noticed the two cops walked through the barriers/check point with their body cams active. Was that within the law? As for the male cop’s interpretation of what is public, demonstrates his lack of knowledge and personal wish to ‘win’ every argument against a citizen.

    TLA it is a shame you don't have the letter PTTP has that states "ONLY DWP STAFF SHOULD BE HANDLING THE CLAIMENTS INFORMATION!" and that "G4S OR ANY SECURITY ARE THERE TO PROTECT STAFF AND THE PREMISES. NOT TO LIGHTEN THE DWP STAFFS WORK LOAD!" That would of torn down some egos and would seriously put the staff on notice.
