- Hi Guys
This one is an absolute shocker after my visit to the Embassy of Israel which I have included in this visit. I decided to visit the Palestinian Diplomatic Mission in London.
To be clear I have no opinion on either side of the sad events that are happening in Israel and Gaza. I had previous audited Israel and simply thought it prudent to also audit the Palestinian Diplomatic Mission for the sake of balance.
As such I was thinking that this was not going to be too bad then Met Police arrive and what follows is an absolute disgrace!
I won't spoil the events in this description but needless to say not only did I file an immediate complaint as to what happens during the recording of this video. I have also notified my solicitor given the egregious nature of the events that unfolded.
May I also ask viewers to refrain from leaving hateful comments and remind them that there are laws that mean not all speech is protected by free speech.

Well Done, TLA! - I think this is probably the best audit you've ever done and it is a masterpiece on how audits should be done!
You remained calm and polite throughout -well, until after the unlawful search, but anyone having their rights abused and being unlawfully searched is entitled to be a bit rude to the abusers.
Also, I love how you re-iterated the point often that these cops abused the rights of an innocent person, whilst the masked "security" guy was committing an offence right in front of them, yet they REFUSED to do anything about that criminal.
Not exactly "fair and impartial policing, eh?

The 6’7” security guard is standing directly behind the copper in a balaclava whilst the copper is detaining and searching TLA because he’s wearing a face covering. You could not make this shit up !!!!

This has to be one of the best yet. What a gaggle of clowns. The corrupt cop seemed to get off on a good footing but it quickly turned after he spoke to the clowns inside. He was CLEARLY doing their bidding, I bet he was gutted when he realised that not only did you not have anything in your bag, but you also know the law better than him. And as for her, well what can I say, she won't even make it out of rooky school. PS, you never questioned them for not informing you that they were recording you. Please keep us updated on the complaints process.

It's a summary offence. He probably wouldn't have been arrested anyway. Just reported for the offence.
Also, he may not need one, if he's employed directly and not by a 3rd party security provider

Fellow scot here, been watching you a while but rarely comment. I just wanted to commend you on standing your ground to the pish havering cops. They ignored a criminal act taking place in favour of pursuing a citizen who was acting legally and did no wrong. The egos on police are immeasurable. Well done TLA x

@@jasonjewell2493 it was obvious from her body language that she knew perfectly well that there were no “reasonable grounds “for a search. It can not be just a hunch that the subject to be searched had stolen or prohibited articles on him.
The problem she knew she had was that she has to work with him, she may have been in her two year probation so she couldn’t call him out and embarrass him. If she did it would mean trouble for her.
It’s a well known problem not only in the police, there was a case where the pilot of a plane was making a huge mistake and the co pilot was afraid to say anything, the plane crashed killing them all. I think the air line people put something in place to make sure it couldn’t happen again.

According to the law, I could not find any reason that would make you an eligible candidate for a stop and search. Although suspicious, that alone is not enough for detainment,
I have written a complaint and submitted it to the police. I would encourage any of your other fans to do the same.

“I am appalled at how your officer treated a well respected videographer, approximately one month ago in front of the Palestine embassy. Your officer, Constable, Badock acted outside of his Oath, against his better judgement almost as though he was a security guard hired by the Palestine Government.
The “Press” told the officer he was taking video and had spoken to 2 employees, 1 of which wasn't impressed with being videotaped. At this point any law enforcement officer knows what the situation is, its an audit.
After being told by the employees that he was “bothering “ them he was stripped of all of his rights, he was made to look completely foolish, criminal, and as though he did something wrong. This was obviously the officers way of appeasing the Palestine employees, the officers only way to “Punish” the citizen for getting on the wrong side of their powerful embassy employees nerves, of course there has to be some form of humiliation.
Telling the world watching his video that their democracy and rights are safe as long as you don't try to exercise them.
This was done in front of the whole community, afterwards Palestinians were congratulating the officer for violating the citizens rates. It’s all in the video below , I hope these two officers face a high penalty and at the very least start by apologizing to the victim on camera. This is disgraceful, communist behaviour that has no place in Britain. Please correct accordingly. “

I don't think this has anything to do with either side support but everything to do with that man's character. Some PCs are exactly like that. As soon as they put that uniform on it's like they think they have an extra pair of cohones that allows them to bark orders at anyone. That illusion easily fades when you confront them.

The law is clear.. there has just been a high court case..mid May... finding 5 officers in serious breach of their oath and the law. All Constables are individual entities under the Crown. The victim is suing each officer..the judge said each officer is accountable...

Oops, massive mistake by the police officer. IOPC needs to stop these illegal searches. Standing outside an embassy, wearing a facemask is not illegal or grounds for a PACE 1 stop.

The woman PC was clearly a rookie and is learning from PC Bertie Bumble. Sadly he is teaching her the incorrect way to Police. He looked like he was going to burst into tears a few times during that encounter! Clearly his suspicious nature is not good for his emotional wellbeing... Always makes he laugh the way they get offended that your not happy and pleasant after they have abused your rights and freedom. As for the guys at the embassy, your people are being slaughtered because of the actions from Hammas, i think red paint on your door and a member of the British Public outside with camera is the least of your worries.

Police took 30 min to arrive they didn't even have a Taser it was a bit different to how police respond to embassies.
The cop knew he messed up but does it matter will he get anymore than a slap on the wrist, will it get to court. I hope it does how much will the police pay to keep this out of court.
Agreed with other comments. An absolute masterpiece of an Audit. You absolutely clearly documented each stage of the Police violations, especially reading back the 'search' report of the Cop and him desperately trying to alter what he had written on it.
Sincerely hope you enjoy your forthcoming pay-day when your complaint is resolved. If this happened in America you'd get maybe $40,000 (£32,000), but here in Britain you're luck if it stretches to £500. Ridiculous!

👍👍👍 i remember how 10 police officers stopped me for no reason and started stop and search and then left . This was a worst experience I ever had when 10 officers surrounded me and asking similar questions simultaneously and finally didn’t clearly explained the reason . After that I feel like this people are in control of everything we do and law for them 😤

Great video but, If I could point out a couple of things which, in the heat of the search, I know you would have missed. Your search, videoing which he admits was not the only reason, so let's look at the at that and others. Both officers had their BWC on. They didn't inform you, that means it was covert surveillance and as such, has to be authorised by a senior officer. Maybe ask 'who' that senior officer was when you make your complaint. The security wearing a facemask same as you, they overlook that. Your backpack, someone walked by with a bag, they didn't stop them. After talking to foreign officials on foreign soil, both officers set out to abuse your rights on UK soil. Make them accountable.
