If you like scoring a lot of points in Scrabble (who doesn't?) then you absolutely must watch this game. Two of the best Scrabble players in the history of the universe, Mackle and Quackle, duke it out in a truly unforgettable battle. Who will win? Or... will anyone win? You have to watch and see!

WOW, there have been tons of submissions! I'm really impressed and thankful for all the support and the work you guys have put into this challenge!
Since the record seems to keep being broken just as I prepare to make a video on the latest one, here's what I'm going to do:
SUBMISSIONS WILL BE OPEN THROUGH THE END OF THE YEAR. Once 2024 begins, I'll make a video featuring all of the top 3 scoring submitters (if one person has 2 games in the top 3 scores I'll go with the higher scoring of these). Currently this is the leaderboard, which I will continue to update:
1. Amaranth/lovemathboy (1210 pts)
2. Vincent (1202 pts)
3. Richard (1176 pts)

I constructed an 1120-1120 tie under the rules. Interestingly, my solution has no 9-letter bingos but it has several sub-optimal setup bingos. I sent a gcg file
Update: I found a slightly better 1132-1132 tie

@@ValkyRiver Yep, a few times! The most famous one is EXISTENT being extended to EXISTENTIALISTS as a 15-letter bingo

Some other viewers might find this boring, but I'd love to watch you talk through your process of trying to construct problems like these. I'd be interested in seeing how you'd even go about solving this from the begining, seems like a crazy sudoko puzzle or something. You might tinker with the format for video/content purposes, say, show the resulting puzzle first for engagement then show where you got stuck or roadblocks you bumped into. It might not be that exciting though. Idk. Thanks for the content Mack I love your videos

I got another silly challenge for you to try with a constructed game: Use a Super Scrabble bag on a normal board and try to fit as many tiles in it on the board as possible. If you're truly insane, maybe you can even fit all 200 tiles.

Awww I was rooting for Quackle as the early underdog, but it's only fair for these greatest players to get this result. So well constructed Mack! mind = blown. :D

Haha I knew immediately when AEPYORNIS hit the board that it wasn't a real game because not blocking with PRONELY was just abysmal.
I do feel like it depends on your definition of how contrived a game is. I'd argue players setting up OXYPHENBUTAZONE isn't really any more contrived than someone who knows and finds a 9 letter bingo of AEPYORNIS not being smart enough to forego it and block the triple triple.
I think Mack's idea is that if every play is required to be a bingo, then every play looks at least somewhat plausible, and not completely idiotic. (Does every play in Mack's game achieve the maximum possible score on that turn? It looks like it.) In any case, my understanding is that if you beat Mack's score of 1010 while following all the rules, then you meet his challenge, regardless of how "contrived" the sequence of bingos is.

Also, setting upt OXYPHENBUTAZONE would not cause the game to end in a tie.
What? You can't just not play a bingo, especially if its a 9 letter bingo! Are you insane? Score be damned.
I knew it would be a constructed game because Quackle is usually a duck's name, but over 99% of Scrabble players are not ducks.

Wow, amazing! Like another commenter, I wonder: is every play is the maximum scoring play? Probably not, or you would have mentioned it, but it must be close.
For this particular game it is, but that isn't within the puzzle requirements!
