Understanding Family Mediation

This video explains the Family Mediation Program, a part of the DC Superior Court Multi-Door Dispute Resolution Division. It is a free program that provides mediation as a method to try to resolve issues that may arise in family disputes. These issues may involve custody, visitation, child support, or issues that stem from separation and divorce. Parties may use this service regardless of whether or not they have a case filed in court.
