The NEJE MAX 4 is NOT the best machine for detailed engraving, the 4 stacked laser dot is great for cutting but dot size of 0.09 which gives you results of what you can see in my video. I am proud of the results but it is no where near the result of a fine tuned single 5w diode.
I had good DIY TiO2 result with both PVA water based paint as well as Isopropyl alcohol spray and overall I prefer alcohol spray as it gives no streak mark and no waiting cure time before lasering

I think I have a series of videos on the LaserPecker 4 already, there should be a playlist on my channel 🎉. I love the Alu cards and the LP4 does it better than any other diode laser, only better machine will be the fibre

Can you share your mixture like how much liquid to TI02 powder?
Unfortunately there is no fixed amount as it is a suspension, what I try to achieve is to have just a small layer of powder on the bottom of the sprayer tank when you allow the suspension to settle. I would say it will be around 1 part of powder to 8 part of alcohol.. rough guess. It too thin you will need to spray many many layers to cover , it too thick it will start to spray our bits of clumps which will affect your image
