I bought Embark in the regular round pan 2 months ago and for some reason after couple of uses a top layer had formed that makes it difficult to get pigment, i would have to scrape the top layer every time i want to use it 😩💔.

When you purchase any products from MAC, you are getting great return/refund/exchange policies also, and at the time you left that comment about getting hard pan on the eyeshadow, you still (even then) could have taken whatever was left back to MAC an explain the issue. This palette is sold on their website with the insert. These are shade that I bought individually and should be available online.
