Have you ever thought to have glass shelves cut? I have glass cut all time at my local glass store, for the tops of furniture and for shelves in my home.

Can I ask where the little green and white stripe lamp shades were from
    & why you didn’t use them? x

They were from Dunelm. They didn’t pump out enough light. Liked the look, but wanted it to be a bit more glam. I will use them in the house somewhere else 🙏

It is beautiful, but I was you I would cut the top units a little bit taller so there wouldn’t be any gap with the coving

You’re amazing, do you think I could cut a pax and mount the top half as a custom top box ?

I'm amazed how a woman with red feminine fingernails can manage to do something so masculine and not only assemble it, but DIY cut it e.t.c. Never met a woman that could do such a thing!

I didn’t want this to touch the ceiling. I wanted it to look like a piece for furniture and not as ‘fitted ‘ as my wardrobe’s. My kitchen has the big coving and doesn’t touch the ceiling. It’s pretty standard to have a gap.
