Beautiful mansion, but 24 bathrooms and only 7 bedrooms. That's alot of bathrooms compared to the bedrooms.
Basically, you don't want to run through corridor's etc just to get to the nearest toilet or you might end up peeing yourself etc. So that's why more toilets than bedrooms. Common since really.

When you have more bathrooms than bedrooms at your home
In a house like that, pretty normal.
This video didn't cover everything. I'm sure he has nice boats, secret chambers, wine cellar, vaults, top secret meeting room, surveillance room, supercomputers and top-of-the class gadgets, barn, swimming pools, garages, apocalypse hideouts, and an army of maids, guards, gardeners, and IT staffs.
People think being that level of rich sounds like paradise but to me it sounds awful. Everyone knows how rich you are, so you only attract parasitic people that want to be close to you for the wrong reasons. Finding true love and true friends will be immensely difficult. You'd also be a target for criminals, and me personally I'd be paranoid leaving the house every day without a bodyguard (so all this financial freedom you gain from wealth, you'll have to give up actual freedom of anonymity walking down the street).
As for the house - why would you want to live in a shopping mall? Being in that house alone at night would feel like you were in some modern horror film. Every day you're sharing it with at least 10 employees that maintain it I'm assuming, so it won't even feel like your own private space. He needs his own private library because he can't go to an actual library without being swarmed by paparazzi. As far as I can tell the house is so grand because it's really his personal prison. I also don't understand why so many rich people want things like a private movie theater in their house - that removes the whole fun of going to an actual movie theater. I grew up around rich people and the people with home theaters would end up going to a real theater most of the time anyway (I'm guessing that's because they weren't super famous). Having your own private aquarium sounds cool, but then you get used to it and it becomes your baseline, so the rest of the world seems grey in comparison. I'm telling you - it's better to live a normal life than one like his.
