Without a genuine one at hand, one would not know the difference without looking inside/having a look and cross referencing the id number ( and even with a genuine it would be near impossible to see the difference aesthetically. I am wrong, but does the clasp on the metal braceleted of the 'fake' have a plastic protective film ( is that why it's not closing crisply. In summary, this clip does not tell me anything. I have seven Rolexes ( including a deep sea), with boxes and certificates etc and if you showed me the fake I would have thought it authentic based on this clip
