Great info! Honestly, it's not really that difficult to remember the dosage. 2-24 hours before is plenty of time to know if you'll be going out that night or if it's the weekend and you're looking for some fun. It's really great that these options exist! Thanks for the discussion.

Great information. What is three. letter word . I'm afraid I need a definition it's been so long I probably don't know what it is! LOL but I'm sure if I find one of the granny what it is. I'm sure one of them will tell me it's boring! Once again I'm proud of you sitting down and providing the facts period And I still praise you for practicing what you will be using in your PA everyday life.
should i take 2 pills at the same time 2 to 24 hours before sex? does it work if I take 1 pill and then another 1 at 24 hours later? ( and 2 pills after)
I will be skeptical of 2_1_1 thing. It takes 7 days for truvada or descovy to saturate in blood. How many people were taken into consideration for study? We’re they exposed to HIV? What was the viral load that they were exposed?
I took this one and every 12 hour later always feel strong nauseated. Another concern, if we took slower 5-15 minute is that ok? like first day you took 8.21pm and next day you took 8.30-8.40 pm is that ok?

Yeah, still some hard to answer questions, how much of it is placebo, we don't know, because to know for sure we need a more controlled trial.
2-1-1 can prevent hiv if im a guy who have sex with lady?
What if you took 1 in morning 1 at night (after sex)and 1 24hr and 1 48hr after?

The real answer is that dosaging strategy technically hasnt been studied but you're probably good. Much better than no prep..
