    Great video!! It has a lot of my physio in it that Im supposed to be doing, but way more fun! Thanks so much for all your great workouts! I just found them and am sure they will help with my chronic injuries!!

    Whew!
    This was the perfect workout to fit into my evening. It was a busy day and I didn’t get my short run in as intended - thankful that I know I can come to the channel and find something that will both fit my time and be interesting! Thanks Ash! 🤜🏼🤛🏼

    Can you build a playlist with strengthening exercises together and build more playlist for easy identification of exercise required?

      I’ve had a few comments on playlists. I have created playlists and on my dashboard I can see them but when somebody goes into my channel they don’t all appear. I need to look into this deeper and hope to resolve 👍🏻😊

    Couldn't help but laugh while hopping around my mat, embracing the chaos! Ash in general is it ok to add dumbells to these exercises to increase the intensity? Are there any of these exercises you'd avoid doing with added weight? thank you!!

      Absolutely! Good idea, but avoid the more jumpy and dynamic ones as that could easily lead to injury 😊

    Did this after a short (6.4k) run. Cannot hop for toffee! Honestly surprised at how poor I was. On things like split squats, I'm often wobbly and clumsy on the first couple, and then it clicks in. But on the hopping I was off balance, couldn't get any distance. Need to do this again; maybe on a rest day, and go through it twice.

      🤣 love that saying Dave, haven’t heard it in ages! Great awareness to figure out you could benefit from hopping more, we do use the same muscles to hop when we run so your running will benefit as a result 👍🏻😊

    How would you modify this for people who can't jump or hop?

      I would do light steps from one foot to the other 👍🏻
