I’ve had a few comments on playlists. I have created playlists and on my dashboard I can see them but when somebody goes into my channel they don’t all appear. I need to look into this deeper and hope to resolve 👍🏻😊
Couldn't help but laugh while hopping around my mat, embracing the chaos! Ash in general is it ok to add dumbells to these exercises to increase the intensity? Are there any of these exercises you'd avoid doing with added weight? thank you!!
Did this after a short (6.4k) run. Cannot hop for toffee! Honestly surprised at how poor I was. On things like split squats, I'm often wobbly and clumsy on the first couple, and then it clicks in. But on the hopping I was off balance, couldn't get any distance. Need to do this again; maybe on a rest day, and go through it twice.
🤣 love that saying Dave, haven’t heard it in ages! Great awareness to figure out you could benefit from hopping more, we do use the same muscles to hop when we run so your running will benefit as a result 👍🏻😊

Can you build a playlist with strengthening exercises together and build more playlist for easy identification of exercise required?

Absolutely! Good idea, but avoid the more jumpy and dynamic ones as that could easily lead to injury 😊
