Thanks Ash. What I learnt from today's run is that I need to pay more attention to the route I'm supposed to be running. I ended up on a tiny trail that was chest-high in brambles,.
😂 Oh no that sounds like an adventurous run. I've done that quite a few times too. Once ended up doing an extra 6k because of what looked like. bridleway in North Yorkshire was a private road and had to detour through woods I didn't have a clue where I was!! onthegomap.com is great for planning routes!
Ash do you have any videos about how to maintain your running when you are not training for a race? I am about a year and half into running. Ran multiple 5k, 10ks and completed my first half marathon this fall. I don’t want to lose what I have worked on 😂
I don't at the moment sorry but this is something I could do a video on but it wouldn't be out for over a month as I am fairly organised and ahead on my scheduled videos. In the mean time, maybe set yourself a goal of maintenance or book another event in early 2025 that will keep you motivated. 😀
