Hey Ash a much needed nudge I know ve neglected the core - feeling very one sided (guess hockey adds to that!) gong to find time to get this into my practice-. found feet slipping with the bear crawls- abs not working ? or practice? thanks again, Ali 😃

Regarding the bear crawls, slipping feet can be a common issue. When doing bear crawls, focus on tightening your core muscles and maintaining a stable core throughout the movement. Also, ensure that your hands are directly under your shoulders, and your knees are under your hips to create a solid foundation.
Consistency in practice will undoubtedly improve your bear crawls over time, and your abs will gradually become more engaged. Remember, progress takes time, and it's all about finding that balance and strengthening the right muscles.
