Thanks Dave, sometimes the keywords don't help it or the thumbnail but I try not to worry too much about it as it can become a bit obsessive 😂 Anytime of day would be good for this, morning, after run, evening (not too late before bed) 👍
@@RunBetterwithAsh I did it in the middle of a yoga session, but I'll probably do it after a run, before stretching next time. I can see that it's a hard to categorise one, as it's not post run stretching, but a mixture of mobility and strength, so it doesn't fit on any playlist. (A mobility playlist might be good!)
