Great video, but be careful with the milk. Once it's opened you usually have up to 2 weeks to use it. The date on the container is the date for while it's on the shelf unopened. Read the side of the container to find out the exact time limit.

Hello Yesenia and family! I think the hurricane has the weather changed everywhere! I’m in New Jersey and it was rainy and about 75 degrees yesterday and it’s the same today! Tomorrow is supposed to be the same! My back,hips and knees ache when it’s raining so I am not enjoying this weather at all! Everything is looking delicious! How did the kids first day of school and Destiny’s first day of middle school go? The kids here don’t go back until September after Labor Day!❤❤❤❤❤
That’s the same for me when it rains. I feel it all throughout my body. It went so well with the kids, but especially for Destiny. Now she loves middle school.

Yes, I can especially if I let it sit there mixed with the yogurt let it get off for a little bit. I do crunchy food just fine. Make sure you chew your food very well I noticed when I don’t chew my food very well. It feels like it’s stuck in my chest.
