Do you ever go to a fruit market for fruit and veggies they have good prices in my area
Hi! I love shopping at the farmer's markets! They often have such fresh produce at great prices. It's incredible how much you can save while getting the best quality. I try to go whenever possible, but we have not gone as much this year as I would have liked. Still hoping to go a few more times before the season ends. Our large farmers market is over an hour away, so it's not as close as I would like. Thank you so much for being here! Sending love from Wisconsin! ❤

Get the squish mellows and blueys and hid for stockings at Christmas
We use Sunbutter aka Sunflower Seed butter in place of peanut butter. A lot of school cafeteria’s use it too. They have some really “clean” version along with the original. They sell it at most main stream grocery stores and of course on Amazon. My kids love it. We buy ours in bulk online. It has a very similar taste to peanut butter. I get the “ natural “ one but they have a organic and no sugar as well. My kids love the Aldi baby food pouches. My 6 year old took them to school. No one said anything. It is a small Catholic school but I don’t think it made a difference in reactions. They just saw it as his snack like an applesauce pouch. I love the girls dresses! Do you know where they are from?

What do you do with ghee
It's clarified butter. It has a strong butter flavor, like the"butter" they put on popcorn at the movie theatre. Personally, I don't like using it for everything because I find the flavor too strong. I like it for scrambled eggs, popcorn and Indian dishes.

@@naturalsimpleliving, l was raised in west central Indiana. We had huge gardens and raised our own beef. My 2nd year of college Dad called and told me to come home because we were doing "meat" on Saturday. He didn't bother to mention it was 3 families processing 3 full beefs. I think there was 6 adults and about 8 kids in assembly lines. By the end we were all wiped out but come winter it was amazing. Dad milked for years and later kept one for or family. The milk would have 3 to 4 inches of cream on top. It took me forever to figure out what raw milk was... Duh, yep, we grew up on raw milk!
Next time you shop can you show the sugar content as even fruit has a high sugar content the sugar content needs to be zero or extremely low and just show people how hard it is to shop if your diabetic we also need to stay away from high carb content so things like rice pasta bread potatoes and lots of other things
But they don't have Diabetes, why would they show meals appropriate for them? Kids growing up need carbs and energy unless they have a disability making that difficult.
