    I can agree with this. I hate that when you have to mention ptsd everyone asks “we’re you in the war?!?”

    I have all of them except re-experiencing, I do have nightmares but they dont seem to be associated to the night

    I promise u can overcome this although it's a battle it's possible. Jesus truly is the only way asking for him for help repenting even for things we let in. Speaking the word over ourselves and fellowship not denying but telling the truth to others
