thank you for the awesome video, the image showing the muscles was extremely helpful, subscribed as you clearly spend a lot of time making it speaking for myself, as there is no audio explaining the technique, if you could do the first couple of reps a little slow to see the form, i think that would very helpful thank you again for the great video
