@fitgent Hey! How many reps/sets do you recommend for strength training?
Suspension training, like this, don't build strength in a sense. You'd have to work at it for years. It took me 3 years to build strength with straps. 4 to 5 days per week, 4 to 5 hours per day. Weights and machines are a better way to go, and you have to use moderate to heavy weights, low reps, and high sets. Kettlebells will build strength and muscles fast, as well as shed pounds. To use kettlebells, you need a strong core, aka stabilizer muscles, which can be achieved by doing suspension training.
