I'm getting used to my TRX and so thanks for the video. Having trained all my life, my only doubt is on some of the exercises where the presenter reaches an upright position. This takes all the strain off the muscle group you are working as you are now simply standing up. I've tried altering my initial "incline" so that when I finish the movement, I'm still at an inclined angle. This keeps the muscles working but more in an isometric way. In fact, I feel that a lot of these exercises are actually more isometric than "lifting" exercises in general.

Quick question: don't these moviments in which the arms are raised above the shoulder line pinch the nerve in the rotator cuff? Anyway, I'm about to start conditionng with TRX - as I don't see myself going back to a gym anytime soon - so these videos are very helpful, straight to the point. Thank you.
Actually I have back issues due to a car accident I was in when I was in high school. Doing exercises that strengthen my core, like the ones in the video, help me immensely.

You could make a circuit workout and do x15 reps for each excercise twice. Add some sit ups and you're good to go.
