  • Dee walked on to OSU's basketball team in 2018. In the fall of 2020, he started helping his mom pay for school. He ended up getting a job at Walmart to make extra money, while still taking 20+ hours of classes and playing basketball. On Jan. 17 he was awarded a scholarship

    He put priorities first and that decision

    Imagine if he spent 20+ hrs. a week on a trade (electrician, plumbing, HVAC, etc). He'd have his own truck making $$$$ in just a few years. To all the young ballers out there. Use basketball. Don't let basketball (or any other sport) use you!
