We just created a NEW self-paced E-Course called "FREEDOM FROM BACK PAIN AND SCIATICA: Road Map To Pain Free Living." Check it out here rehabrenegade.com/pain-free-f...
Determining whether or not the bursae is the source of pain is hard to do. Understanding that the bursae, or Baker's Cyst, is a friction eliminator and fluid collector helps guide us in treating it. In this video we discuss techniques for reducing swelling and improving flexibility at the knee.

My daughter has a bakers cyst. It’s been getting bigger. I’m praying 🙏 she feels better because she’s in lots of pain. She says it hurts more when she sits so she like to walk around a little but either way she’s in pain. Her doctor did nothing but tell her she’s got a bakers cyst. Your video was really more informative than her doctor. Thanks for the video. God bless you 🙏

Orthopedics don't do anything. Don't waste your time going to them. They'll suggest steroid injection. It's temporary relief. Then they suggest therapy.

Thank you for making this video. I've been dealing with this issue for months, now. Everyday for the past 9mos I have to ascend + descend 3 flights of stairs, multiple times an hour. Additionally, I am on my feet all day long, everyday + also have to exercise my dog on long walks.
I have a ridiculously high pain threshold + am often able to power through but, today, not so much.... feeling very frustrated, overwhelmed + anxious - hoping these exercises help 😩

I agree and I'm going to try this. I've developed a Baker's Cyst since having a TKR. It's very annoying and uncomfortable. My doctor stated they usually go away and he doesn't want to aspirate it because the fluid will just fill back in. I also experience lower leg numbness because of it. Perhaps it's pressing on the Tibial nerve? I don't know...but I'm just really annoyed with the whole thing. I thought the TKR would end my knee issue (which it did) but it also brought on this issue.

My ruptured bakers cyst 2as diagnosed less than a week ago. When I asked about physio I was told to just go home and rest...not helpful. Also told that it is probably caused by osteoarthritis. I am 66 and feel this was the main argument no question of are you fit and otherwise healthy? Ever been in pain before? Definitely NOT telated to spraining my knee 4 weeks ago when running with my dog. Whatever, this is really helpful, thank you. Apart from the depressing comments about it lasting for years...

More info than my Dr told me. I also ended up having 2 surgeries on my knee to flush out an infection, remove a heamatoma and trim cartilage. Unrelated to Bakers Cyst. But my healing time is longer and the pain is terrible. And I can only bend my knee soo far, and I have problems totally straightening my leg. Due to the heamatoma and infection going unnoticed for a couple of months. I've been off work for nearly 4 months. But didn't have the surgery for 2 months.. 😖
