You are saints to devote such care to the little soul who would die if it wasn't for you. I sometimes think of the words in a hymn 'This earth with its store of wonders untold, Almighty thy power hath founded of old'. Well, opposums are one of the many wonders and so thank you for all you do.
The was a possum in my back yard this morning! My German shepherd was itching to go out but I said we would give the possum space and a few minutes to get safely where it needed to be.
yes, please protect the little souls. I live in England and we have no possums here. So much of our wildlife has been destroyed by endless house building as the population increases hugely every year due to immigration. So you are lucky to have such wonderful animals.
