Always struggled with this, could never get close. But that tip about pushing it hard with the off-hand was really useful, and after watching the video I landed the dunk within 5 minutes. Thanks a lot!

J Clark...thanks for the help and information with this Dunk...i tried to windmill this past Sunday for the first time...got it on the third attempt...got it twice tonight at the gym...i also attempted a 360 windmill today for the first time and i came up about 2 inches short...this is a dunk I've always wanted to do...not with that early rotation or baby windmill bullshit...but i mean a certified proper 360 with a full extension windmill...i have the fundamentals down but my question is overall body positioning and should there also be a natural kick with the windmill?...its crazy how i seen this video like a year or 2 ago and i just started trying this week...but then again im still recovering from patellofemoral pain syndrome
