Lmao experience: playground
They looked like a high school football team
Experience: "Playground." "None." Yeah, okay. I'm sure a guy like that will do fine playing against or preparing his team to play against 'Bama.
I looked up the names and Daniel Hagaman, Jarron Lewis and John Townsley all made the team
Dunno the other 2, but I hung out with Jarron quite a bit freshman year. If any of'em deserved it I'd say he did. Smart guy too.
Well the coach said they were down 20 guys or so and it looked like there was only maybe 15 guys at the tryout so id expect them to make it
I'm impressed that coach Franklin actually took the time to be out there. Most head coaches would not.
3:43 Really wanting to know what time he got...
Travis Cohen is a top draft prospect this year, the Seahawks should definitely go after him.
Jeff Gendelman, with no experience, made the team.
looks like a damn soccer team
incase you guys didnt know nfl teams use to have walk on tryouts, so yeah you never know, 1 chance is all someone needs
Experience: Playground
It would be hard to cut any of these prospective walk-ons due to their high level of enthusiasm. Good luck to all!
What if Travis was starting linebacker ...
Travis Cohen should be on the 2011 Vandy squad if it is the last thing those coaches do. Fast Times At Vanderbilt University! He is the exact guy you want on your team. Good for Vandy from a Gamecock fan.
if those group of guys are there when I go to vandys walk on try outs I know for a fact I can make it lol
As someone from maryland... i just wanna say that you guys landed a great coach.. hope he turns things around down there...
i wanna know their 40 times!! XD
lol argubly the toughest D-1 conference in the nation, but everyone is human and can improve
Ive met James Franklin and as a Vols fan damn he's impressive doing great things there.
which one of them actually makes the team?
i love the cuban dude lol.
Vandy love...black and gold
experience: playground
@Trelane22 What's important about you being an Alabama alumnus? Just curious.
I loved the part where it showed the coach running in slow motion.
I'd want travis on my team! lol go dores!!!!
Good to see you in there, Travis!!
@niceguy999918
As oppose to a fake SEC safety..? And by the way, which team do you play for, tough guy?
@Max Lee yes.
hey good luck on your journey. Most schools accept walk-ons but I think it is usually a lot different than this process in the video. If you have talent, i would make a video and send it to coaches and they might ask to meet you. I'm not an athlete but I assume this is the best way to become a walk on.
Brian Kimbrow is gonna tear it up
Wait what?? 9-4 Music City Bowl champs. Anchor Down.
wish my college did this
do most colleges usually offer walk on tryouts?
how much that travis dude weigh
@Football412zzz mhm. of course you will.
2:05 - 2:18 favorite part you get a fair shot
Is this a joke? The kid at :44 will be the team MVP lol
0:21 = Chuck Losey is a badass.
Vandy's on the rise with all the 4 star recruits they just brought in.
Vanderbilt's "football program" should be spending EVERY WAKING SECOND focused on becoming a legitimate SEC football program.
This video shows A LOT of wasted seconds.
lmaoooooo truuuuuu
lol at Travis
was that a joke?
Is it even remotely possible to actually get on the team?
Arian Foster was a walk on for Tennessee, as well as Clay Mathews... so yea.
Foster and Matthews were probably preferred walk ons. But yeah it is still possible to be an unknown walk on.
Miguel Gonzalez Those guys were preferred walk-ons or recruited walk-ons who may have turned down scholarship opportunities at other schools. JJ watt was a scholarship guy at Central Michigan before walking on at Wisconsin. Much less common for an actual walk-on to become a contributor.
+Lightfoot1990 Justin Hardy for ECU. He had more than 4k receiving yards at the end of his senior year. He is in the NFL now.
+Charles Barkley Matthew was not a preferred walk-on.
Lol he's probably some kind of genius troll.
@gaiarob They are so cute out there. What Pee Wee teams are they playing year? I want the kid at :38 to make the team at WR and come across the middle against a real SEC Safety and see what happens.
cool
They are a divison one college football team. their backup kicker would destroy you.
Lol Vanderbilt football lol
that would make sense
play ground
i wonder what was so funny
Lol better than tennessee lol
i would never play college football
