- Recently, I met an amazing woman, Nicole aka @SailingArtha Together, we've been on one adventure after another around Luperon Dominican Republic. But soon, we will embark on both of our biggest adventure to date. A 100 day off grid challenge through out the Bahamas. This will test our sailing ability, boats capability, and most of all, our new found romantic relationship. Though it won't be easy, it will be completely worth it for the chance to live out such a dream. Sailing side by side, through paradise. I have three thoughts for success in all things . Be fair, decent and honest, especially with yourself, first. Always be kind to each other second and always be able to say what is on your mind realizing that there will be no retribution and knowing that no one knows you are a fool until you open your mouth and remove all doubt. Be transparent, no secrets and work very hard to be each others bestie in all things. Things take care of themselves this way. The easiest thing to do is to sail away from each other...... in failure, Anyone can do that. You two seem to have a lot in common even in sickness or in health😀
That chicken juice story cracked me up because it reminds me so much of the arguments I had with my last girlfriend. Dan your up and down "but..." description was spot in. Lol. Save the girl's chicken juice! She won't let it go, 😂

My man... She is trying to teach you a lesson you need to learn ASAP. And good on her for being able to state her needs so plainly... It's not about solving the problem. It's about acknowledging and making her feel heard. Men are naturally problem solvers when women don't always want that. One thing I do when my woman is venting or telling me about a problem is asking right up front... Do you want me to help fix this, or do you want me to let you vent and be here to hear you? It's not natural for me because instinctively if you put a problem in front of me, I'm trying to solve it.
