Last year, OK State had a new DC and switched from 4-2-5 to 3-3-5 and had 3 new starters in the secondary FR or RFR. So, there were a lot of coverage busts early in the season. They began to figure it out late in the season and now have another off season with tape to learn the defense. I think the defense will take a big jump. Also, woman was splitting reps 3 ways through spring, camp, and first 3 games. I think having an entire off season as QB1 will be beneficial for him Great job guys, Go Pokes!
It's well known in KSU circles that Avery was going to be the starter in 2024 going forward. With RB's Gliddens and Edwards in the backfield you have a 3 headed monster that should give other teams fits.
Unfortunately he only place 1 spot. We have to weight a see if he is an up grade the line and te will not be and up grade. Good backs last s about the same. You have no idea what the ride outs are. The defense lost guy up front and back field
Alan did the real work oout, lost some wieght and bullit strenght. Talked about his pocket present. It was the turnover its the 38:17 lack of td. Had 7 red zone fg in just the ksu and ku games
Y'all need to check Trevor's bank account statements, my brother HAS to be getting payments from Lawrence Kansas for saying KU and KSU is a toss up. Great points otherwise - Avery Johnson stepped up in the bowl game, excited for his performance this season look to him to make some big big plays. Best of luck to Will Howard though!
