Doesn't the white film mean acid was left over (not enough pressure washing) and that would keep stuff from adhering to it? I also wonder if one can fix it if it did dry and some wasn't washed enough. I figure if there are some areas that seem not to have been washed enough, one could grind that off to clean it off.

Did you end up using 100% concentration? I noticed if I don’t dilute the solution it works better.

It appears like a dusty film, but it’s not. It doesn’t come off on your hands or anything.
Yes I did use 100% concentrate.
Too much work
